The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. she is not understanding of people who have work schedules. I work in the dental field myself and I can never talk to someone the way she talked to me over the phone. Doesn't matter what type of insurance a patient has, when working in any type of medical field you have to be compassionate and understanding to everyone. When you work in the front desk you present to be the face of that company, therefore its extremely important to be polite with every patient no matter what race, color or insurance they have. I will never go back to this office again the first time she was rude and clueless of how to get my insurance to approve my treatment plan, and this time around when I tried to make a appointment for me and my son she only spoke about money over the phone rather then getting me a appointment. when I did make my appointment she left me messages to change my appointment time and second message was to confirm my appointment. I couldn't answer cause I was working that day and when I called the office back she got nasty over the phone told me hurry up it was her and the hygienist waiting for me I felt it just wasn't a good idea to go I was already few minutes behind and the doctor was not even there to examine me. Totally unsafe and overall I just didn't feel comfortable going there with the way she has spoken to me.

Dr. Miller basically stole money from my family over 3 years for a treatment that normally takes 6 months and that did not work. Because of his treatment, I developed an ankylotic tooth and needed severe oral surgery. When I finally realized something was wrong, I consulted several other orthodontists who were appalled at the damage he'd done to my teeth. I'm not out to get him, it's been 10 years since this happened and I'm happy with my smile now, but save yourself some pain and money and go somewhere else.
