Went there and was turned away! Told me I need general anesthesia, and to go all the way to Philly went elsewhere got it done without and for half the price today without waiting forever at least they did not charge me. Still had me suffering, and losing hope

If you appreciate being lied to this is the place to go! About a month ago my husband found this place for me because as a majority of Americans, dental works skeeve me out, and a bad experience made me prefer to be under general anesthesia to get teeth pulled. My husband confirmed with a liar named Mia that he would indeed be able to be present with me in the room before the procedure, as well as after but not during. After receiving her contact info I also spoke with this truth twister named Mia and again confirmed he would be able to sit beside me as my nerves are too heightened in dental aspects. She confirmed to me then, and a week later when the appointment was scheduled. Fast forward 3 weeks, day of appointment, and guess who can't have their husband by their side? Visit Miller if you enjoy spending your 130$ to fund liars. I'd rather be in pain.

Very accommodating. I was supposed to have a wisdom tooth pulled today, but was too nervous, and my blood pressure was too high. The surgeon and staff were very understanding and supportive, and scheduled me for Tuesday, for an appointment in which they'll use sedation.

I went to Miller Oral Surgery for my 4 wisdom teeth removal. I had my surgery through anesthesia with Dr. Andrew who is the best doctor and I couldn't be more thankful for him to remove my wisdom teeth while managing my Diabetes. I would refer him to all my friends. The employees and nurses were very helpful in explaining everything, I reviewed enough gauze from nurses that I even had leftovers.

Dr. Bortel was nothing short of AMAZING!!!! I have SEVERE dentist anxiety and unfortunately due to the lack of dental care I had to have over 20 teeth removed. On the day of my consultation my anxiety was so bad I thought i was going to pass out. Dr. Bortel and his nurse were so kind and caring when I went in for surgery I wasn't nervous at all. I didn't wait long.. I did start to cry a little bit and the nurse rubbed my back until I was okay. Dr. Bortel came in and gave me my IV and the next thing I knew I was in recovery The recovery nurse was so kind and helpful. She took my hand and walked me to my sisters car. Yes, you go out the back but I think it's more for your privacy, trust me I'm glad no one saw me because I was pretty out of it. My sister told me that Dr. Bortel had come in to talk to her too and told her everything he did, and what I should do since I was still pretty sedated. Even with the amount of teeth I had removed my pain was extremely minimal! I was shocked at how little it was but so thankful!

Professional and friendly staff! Got all of my wisdom teeth removed, no problems with surgery or recovery. Was very well informed on the process and got answers to my questions. Dr. Joo, nurses, and secretaries were very friendly. Would recommend.

Don't get your wisdom teeth removed here. I had dry socket and called in at night multiple times and they told me "oh it's supposed to hurt" it took 4 days of sleepless nights and agony for them to take me seriously enough to see me and treat me for the excruciating pain I was in. I've had bizarre nerve sensations in my jaw ever since and my teeth were pulled 6 months ago. Initially it was numb for a few months. I believe some nerves in my face may be damaged.

I came in around 8:40 AM for a 9:00 AM appointment. I was taken to get in to get my 4 wisdom teeth extracted started by around 9:00 AM. I had it done through general anesthesia. Dr. Joo was my orthodontist. The nurses that that assisted were very gentle and caring. I got my blood pressure checked, I got the IV inserted and then the medication. I got the heart monitor pad placed. Before I knew it, I was asleep. I woke up after the procedure and was taken to the rest area. The nurse explained what I needed to do and things I shouldn't do. I was given plenty of gauze. Then, I was escorted out through the side of the office and was on my way to pick up my prescription medicines and oral rinse. My experience here is very positive. I was worried and anxious about it, and the nurses and Dr. Joo did such a quick and efficient job on the procedure. If you're in the area, and need oral or dental procedures done, definitely check out Miller Oral Surgery. They even have an an office in Hershey if you live closer to that area. My mouth is still numb but there I don't feel pain. I still have bleeding but that is being taken care of with gauze.

This place is horrible with kids just brought my nephew home after having 4 teeth pulled and they didn't even give him enough time to recover from the anesthesia. They were pushing us out the door. They had him go out the side door that had steps instead of him to the front and use the ramp.the nurse had horrible bed side manners gave attitude from the start. Pushing to sit in the chair when I had a three year old and jacket because it is cold out side. They prescribed no pain medication which I what's fine except he had 4 teeth pulled.he was panicking during recovery and they had no empathy towards his reaction.i will never go back! They take young kids but don't know how to care for them! I've had my own teeth pulled at another dentist and my recovery was smooth and I was given enough time before I even had to sit up. They forced my nephew to sit up when he wasn't ready.

Everything went well! Dr. Bortel did a great job with my surgery and I had a great recovery experience. The nurses were friendly and considerate during the entire procedure. The one receptionist I scheduled my surgery with in-person was rather rude, but given the good experience of the surgery, I'm not going to let that drag things down too much. *This was at the Nationwide location

I've had a good experience with Miller Oral before for my wisdom teeth, but what I can't get past is the rudeness of the answering service when I would have to call. I always encounter an abrasive attitude when attempting to call either office.
