Dr. Willie L. Miller is a native of Marion, South Carolina where he completed high school. He received his Masters Degree from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. He attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina he received his degree in Dental Public Health Administration. He continues updating his education through regular attendance at in-state and out-of-state seminars and lectures that present the latest dental techniques and technology.
Dr. Miller returned to South Carolina to provide dental service to those who lacked dental care in or near their town. He opened his dental practice in Hopkins, South Carolina in 1989 and a satellite practice in Winnsboro, South Carolina in 1990. He is currently providing dental care at the Hopkins office location.
Dr. Miller provides summer work experience to selected youths participating in Columbia Urban Leagues Summer Work Experience Leadership Program that promotes responsibility, problem-solving, and teamwork.

The whole staff was professional and gave off great energy. Got my teeth extracted and is feeling waaay better. I recommend MFD.

I was having a "dental emergency" with new pain and discomfort. My primary dentist wouldn't accommodate getting me in for 3 weeks. Dr Miller is close to where I was staying. I gave them a call and they were able to see me within 2 hours. The staff was very friendly from the receptionist to the hygienist. Dr Miller was kind, he was thorough, he explained what he'd do before, during, and recapped afterwards. I felt very comfortable and informed when leaving! Highly recommend! SN: my grandmother used him as her primary dentist; she would drive from Sumter to Hopkins!

Miller Family Dentistry is indeed a place that treats you like family. You're welcomed with a smiling face and kind greeting from the front desk as you check in and again from the assistants as they seat you and prepare you for your visit. Mrs. Thompson, the front office manager, is professional and helpful as she explains the treatments, prices and insurance details. Dr. Ken and Dr. Miller are both very attentive, professional and thorough and the staff also makes sure you're comfortable throughout your visit and are very kind. The cleanliness of the building is outstanding. I will definitely.

My husband recently visited this office for a tooth extraction. We are new to the area, and are extremely pleased with the service received from this office. If you are looking for a professional patient centered dentist then this is it! The office staff were extremely pleasant to work with, and the dentist was extremely thorough in explaining the procedure.
