Wow! Great dentist. I had some tooth pain after not being to a dentist during the pandemic. I got an appointment with Dr Miller today and could not be more pleased. They were clean and careful, all wore masks and everyone waits outside until they call you in from your car to be seated directly in the dental chair. It was very reasonably priced, and Dr Miller even ordered extra X-rays and a scan to find the real cause of my pain and didn't even CHARGE for those because I don't have insurance! Has anyone had a dentist that kind these days?!? My husband will be making his appointment and several friends I sent text msgs too- great place I wish I would have found sooner!

He ruined my smile wi th h yellow dentures while I was a patient of Mercy Medicine I broke a front tooth that was a crown n he pulled all my upper teeth n gave me yellow dentures to replace my teeth I am upset with him n will be upset with him until I get my smile back again!

Dr. TA is great! Hannah and the rest of the staff that I came in contact with all very friendly and professional. So glad he considers himself a geek. Did a digital scan of my dentures and got the best fitting dentures I've ever had!

I've had multiple issues with my teeth. A few fillings needed. They've always been beyond professional and caring. I went in at 9 months pregnant with little money. And my insurance declined to pay, after I had already been numbed. They asked if I had any money. I told them no, I expected my insurance to cover. They said no problem. They filled my cavities and got me taken care of. I just now have another issues, which they rushed me in for. But now that I'm more financially stable I was going to pay off the fillings they did. Turns out she never charged me. They genuinely care and I couldn't be more grateful and blessed. All other dentists have turned me down today.

I have been serviced by quite a few dentists. I must say this was the ultimate visit. The staff is so pleasant on the phone and in person. This is a top-notch, safety first, professional organization. Thank you, Doctors Miller and Thomas, along with your assistants. I had a pain free visit (no exaggeration) from beginning to completion and follow-up. The very best dental office ever!

The best dentist office in town! My daughter had an accident years ago and knocked out her front permanent tooth. I began taking her to Dr. Miller. It was a very emotional time for me. Their entire office staff was great to work with. It's a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. He treated my daughter like his own and took the best care of her throughout the years while waiting on her mouth to get fully grown in order to do an implant. She went through many ups and downs throughout the years in wearing braces and trying to disguise her false tooth while her mouth grew. Dr. Miller made sure she was happy with every change. He was innovative and stayed on top of the lastest ways to keep her looking her best from 6 grade-12 grade and all of the ways we can feel self-conscious during those years. Dr Miller has been a huge blessing to us!

Best Dental office in Florence, hands down! Dr. Thomas is my absolute favorite!! Very friendly staff and peaceful atmosphere. I've been to quite a few dentist offices and none of them compare to Dr. Miller's office. The best all around!

Wonderful staff and Amazing work! My daughter broke her front tooth and all other dentists said the earliest they could work her in was a month a way. Not only did they see her the same day and fix it the next, they were so good with my daughter that has anxiety. You can't even tell it was broken. It was already crooked and stood outward from the other teeth, so he managed to make it look even better than before! Thank you soooo much for your time, patience and professionalism.

Absolutely the best dentist experience ever! Today was my first time there and I was very hesitant at first since I had seen my previous dentist for so long and also currently being pregnant. Dr. Ta was amazing and really reassured me everything was going to be OK. He walked me through the process of the work I needed done and made 110% sure I was numb before moving forward. It was my first ever root canal and it was a breeze! Thank you so much for comforting this worry wart!
