I am so disappointed with this practice. I have been going for years out of convenience and never loved it. The receptionist is so extremely rude (and has been time and time again) and my family and I don't know why they keep her. Dr. Miller clearly doesn't care how the receptionist/staff treat others. I actually called to tell her about my concerns. I am a part of many South Elgin groups and when others ask for recommendations on a dentist or ask how this practice is so many have the same feedback. Be aware when going to this practice and know there are so many great dentists out there that are great. In fact, she has about 4-5 near her practice, which is why I don't understand how they do not value their customers. They completely canceled my apt.on me today because I didn't see that I needed to confirm. I understand the policy but again, it's how they treated me when I expressed concerns. I could provide many other examples of poor experiences. Please just don't go here!

I've been coming here for years and it's always a great experience from the moment you walk into the door. Dr. Miller & the Hygienist Allie always make me feel so comfortable and do such a great job. Very professional and kind. Highly recommend!!

As someone who embarrassingly hadn't been to the dentist since elementary school and was freaked out about that first time, I can't recommend Dr Miller and her staff enough. They're all extremely kind and knowledgeable.

Great 5 stars experience! First time patient. They texted ahead of time to confirm and verify the appointment. Very organized. Jessica - Dental Hygienist- Very polite, thorough and detailed cleaning! Dr Price provided great summary of findings and suggestions for future care. Overall 5 stars Miller Dentistry!

I love coming here! Dr Miller is really good about listening to you and seeing if there's an issue. She also is great at explaining your options if she sees something wrong.

I was in for a cleaning with the Hygienist Allie and it was great! It's a little different after the Covid crisis. As always, they follow the CDC guidelines as well as the ADA and OSHA. Helen was super nice and helpful, Dr. Miller and the assistant Allie were great too. So happy to be a patient at this office. Everyone is super friendly and professional.

The best experience I've ever had at a dentist! I've been going here for several years now and have gotten excellent care and service. Dr. Miller and the entire staff are wonderful! I've had the same hygienist each time I've gone for a while as well, and so enjoy chatting with her! They certainly make you feel welcomed and at ease in a place that often tends to be anxiety provoking for many!
