The other day was my appointment I waited a couple months for in order to have my cleaning and filling done the same day because it is a bit of a drive for me and had to get a sitter. So I get a call the day before telling me they are shortstaffed could I come in at 12. I told them to let me see if I could get my sitter to watch my child earlier which they did agree too, thankfully. And so, I called the dentist office back and told them what if I couldn't what would happen to my appointment, I was told it would have to be rescheduled so I said I will be there. Ok. Next day the day of my appointments, I was called an HOUR before I was to leave asking if I could come in at 1. I said I had been asked the previous day to come in at 12 so what was the 1 o clock appointment for? Long story short, they said they didn't have anything down, they didn't know who I spoke with, they didn't even have a doctor to do my filling that day! So now, I have to wait 2 more months to be seen and none of this is my fault had they kept the appointment times, I would have been there! I am very disappointed and this is really all I know to do so just beware. They are nice inside. But communication is VERY lacking, in my opinion.(This was in June/July/August). I am editing this to just say I was supposed to have my other filling today- in September ( I had 2 to be numbed that were cavities, and so I decided to not do that at one time) I never got a reminder call. I KNOW I scheduled this appointment at 3 today, because I always put it in my phone's calender and had done so before I left their office! Well, I'm honestly NOT surprised that when I called to check they say I have NO Appointment! What on Earth is going on here?!?!?! How hard is it to make an appointment and keep it? Did the lady that made my appointment not have a clue what she was doing? I don't know! I do know they NEED to get there s-h-i-t together in that area. How frustrating when I had already planned for a sitter!

Dr. Pryia and Dr. Vyas are the best. Not only do they care about your smile and dental health they care about your whole self. The front desk is top notch. Meaghan and Dru always greet you with a smile and get you seen as fast as possible and answer all of your insurance questions. The hygiene staff and assistants are gentle, friendly and caring and always put me at ease. Big thanks to everyone at this office.

Everyone in the office is so kind. We are always greeted with a smile, and everyone there makes us feel valued. My son had to get dentures and everyone from the front desk to the staff in the back were so kind. The doctor spent time with my son making sure he understood how to put his pieces in properly, and even boasted on how good my son looked once they were in. Thank you for making my son comfortable, and for making him feel good about himself!

Had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and I know without a doubt they care about their patients, including myself! Thanks Miller And Associates! I truly appreciate yall! I feel so relieved getting my concerns taken care of and not worrying myself crazy about my teeth meaning my teeth are much better that I had anticipated them to be! I looked forward to seeing yall again soon for my cleaning!

Went for my first appointment and appointment time was 12pm. I was brought back and told that the hygienist would be right in. 45 minutes later I had to leave my room to find someone to ask what was going on. I was then told that they were short staffed and the hygienist had just went to take a lunch break! No one bothered to communicate that it would be an hour and a half past my appointment time to be seen. I told them I had to get my children and needed to leave by 1:30-1:45. That's almost two hours past my scheduled time. They said I would need to reschedule. I drove 25 minutes each way. To top it all off they acted like it was totally normal and that I was the problem for not being able to wait an hour and a half to be seen. They rescheduled me 3 months out!!! Horrible communication and service. Also the treatment room s as Ms bathroom was dirty. Do not recommend this place.

Huge disappointment. I'd heard medicaid dentists were all quacks... Sadly this place lives up to the hype. Total waste of time guys.

I went for my first visit today. I'm not a fan of the dentist, like most people. I have to say I probably had the best experience ever. From reception, hygienist, to dentist these people are fantastic. Quick, ready to help, and understanding.

I am updating this review after a negative previous experience. I have since returned to Miller & Associates and am very pleased with the care I received and the professionalism of the staff. I felt safe and comfortable with their COVID precautions.

Hello! It's not really a question... I just wanted to say Thank You to all all the staff, that helped me on 2 separate visits today. Your team and facility are amazing. I felt at ease and welcome. From beginning to end. I would especially like to send a "shout out" to the young lady in administration who handles the check out. Very professional, and a nice way to end the visit! She even complimented me on my Darth Vader Covid mask. I enjoyed the entire process. Thank you all ! ~ John Aiken

My first visit was so fabulous from the front desk until I made my next appointment. Yes I have a new dental family and I am, or was terrified of the whole experience before this wonderful combination of people.

I have been a patient here for years. I had taken off work for an appointment, only to be turned away when I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time because they "had to move some appointments around and my appointment time was no longer available." This appointment was made nearly a month in advance, and had been confirmed via telephone 3 times in the 24 hours prior to the appointment. I like the dentists here, but cannot risk missing work for appointments that I might be turned away from in the future. This was on a Friday afternoon, they aren't normally open on Friday, and I believe this was done so they could finish up for the day earlier. I have never seen something so unprofessional in a medical facility before, and will not be back.

I've been a patient here a loooong time. I've had bouts where I've left to go to Minnie Jones clinic, but I always preferred this office, so this is where I go. They can do more and faster. Today I had a old gold capped tooth (plus one in front) no one would touch extracted today. Dr V got it done no problem. It did take 2 wks, but they fit me in last wk for X-rays and medicine. You just have to get up and call a few times, or trust they'll fit you in a cancellation. They do! I like they take my Medicaid. They never yell at me or get frustrated when I have issues with my manic speaking. They know I can't help it, and I never get yelled at or anything like other dentist do. Lots of patience with me. The dentist have changed through the years, I've been lucky to have Dr Deaton, Collie, and now Dr V & P. Do I sometimes not get in when I need to be seen? True, but that happens anywhere. They wouldn't make anyone wait if they could help it. Also remember, we are in a pandemic. People are backed up trying to get help. They legit care if you're in pain, but even the best can't kick someone out of a spot. Sometimes pain has to wait in many situations. It sucks, but it's not intentional, and it doesn't mean they aren't a good. They're great! They are great about finding spots if you make effort to call. They legit care about me. Did I mention this is a LBGTQ SAFE dentist? They never mess up my pronouns. This is a major plus. Front desk, dentist, management, just you're all a great team. Thank you all for helping me keep my teeth happy! Keep up the good work!
