Dr. Kevin Miller was raised in Spartanburg, South Carolina. He attended Vanderbilt University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He completed his dental degree at the University of Kentucky, where he graduated at the top of his class.
Dr. Miller continued his training at the University of Florida. There, he received his certificate in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and masters degree in oral biology. During his final year of residency, he served as chief resident. Dr. Millers masters thesis on Invisalign treatment impacts was chosen for publication in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, the leading international journal in the specialty of orthodontics.
Dr. Miller and his wife Emily live in Rock Hill with their two children. Outside of work, Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, landscape design, and all types of music. Dr. Miller attends Westminster Presbyterian Church where he is involved in serving the emergency needs of church members as well as the less fortunate in the community.
Dr. Spence Dixon is a South Carolina native who grew up in Orangeburg. He attended Wofford College in Spartanburg, where he was a Benjamin Wofford Scholar, president of the Kappa Alpha Order, and a member of the tennis team. Upon graduation, Spence moved to Charleston to attend the Medical University of South Carolina College of Dental Medicine. It was there that he met his wife Joy, who also graduated from MUSC College of Dental Medicine. Dr. Dixon graduated as valedictorian of his dental class.
After dental school, he was accepted into the Medical College of Virginia orthodontic residency program, widely regarded as one of the top programs in the nation. He received excellent orthodontic training and obtained his orthodontic certification and masters degree. Dr. Dixon received extensive experience with difficult interdisciplinary cases as a former member of the VCU Craniofacial/Facial Reconstruction Team. His orthodontic training includes Invisalign certification and experience with all the latest orthodontic technologies.
In his spare time, Dr. Dixon loves to travel, fish, hunt, and play golf.However, these days there is nothing more he enjoys than spending time with his wife Joy and his four children, Spencer, Grace, Annie, and Grant.

Great experience with Miller and Dixon orthodontist! The staff is Friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone greets you as soon as walk in the door. Great experience from start to finish! Overall happy with my results I would highly recommend if you're looking into getting Braces or Invisalign's.

After a major fall that moved my teeth, I went to Miller and Dixon for a consult to discuss correction of my upper front teeth. I was extremely impressed with what the plan was to correct the issues. I have worn braces for about 10 months. Today the braces were removed! I am ecstatic about the result! My teeth are better than they were before the accident! Miller and Dixon are truly artists and by far the best in what they do. They and their entire staff are the friendliest and most attentive than any professional office I've ever been to. I highly recommend Miller and Dixon for any orthodontic correction needed!

Ms. Mary and Dr. Miller were awesome. Very child friendly. Everything was explained to my 8yo and she had no anxiety. They really made her feel special and important when she was there to get her braces off. Loved the extra touches with her congratulations sign and balloon to celebrate getting her braces off. She also loved the fun walk and the prize spinner. This place is the best! Mom approved and highly recommended!!

We are so happy with Miller and Dixon! My daughter is a patient here and just had her braces removed. The results are truly amazing! She is so excited about her new smile! The staff, Dr. Miller, and Dr. Dixon were always so friendly! I also really appreciated the fact that they were honest and did not try to push expensive unnecessary procedures. My daughter is congenitally missing one of her lateral incisors and they never pushed for an implant. Also, I took my son there for a consultation and although he could have braces at 8 and then again at 12 or 13, they recommended waiting. It is so nice to have an honest opinion. In addition, the price for my daughter's braces was over $1000 less than what another orthodontist quoted. Thank you! Very happy with our experience at Miller and Dixon. See you soon with the other child. :)

Today I got my braces off! I've had a completely great experience throughout the whole process there. Everyone's so kind and welcoming, and overall really good at their jobs! I used to have a very crooked smile and honestly I was really insecure about it, but now after having my braces at Miller and Dixon Orthodonics I can completely say that I really love my smile (and I'm so very thankful for that)!

Can't say enough great things about our experience at MDO. From our first initial consultation to the removal of her braces, every encounter here has been first class. The staff are friendly, professional, accommodating and truly care about their patients and their families. Both Dr. Miller and Dr. Dixon provided the best care for our daughter and son. Their treatment was exactly as it had been planned and we couldn't be any happier with the results and their beautiful smiles. It's not often you look forward to going to the dentist/ doctor, but with Miller and Dixon every appointment was something to look forward to. The environment in the office is positive and encouraging and every single tech we had over the course of their treatment was absolutely stellar. I am looking forward to MDO taking care of my youngest daughter soon as well. Super highly recommend this exceptional practice. You won't be disappointed !

While visiting Rock Hill, South Carolina my permanent wire retainer broke. I was so pleasantly surprised that this place would work me in within 1 day. They also charge so little to fix my broken retainer. I was able to see the doctor, he reviewed what needed to be done and his assistant was able to fix me right up! Very impressed with how they treated me as a one time patient. They took Covid seriously and scanned my temperature before entering. The place was spotless and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for orthodontia care.

I'm glad I made the right decision to choose Miller and Dixon as my orthodontist! on the advice of my friends, I took my second child to Miller and Dixon to get his braces. we had used somebody else in town with my older son and preliminary work on my second son. Where we had been before, the main doctor was unfriendly and rude and honestly it had gotten to the point where I couldn't stand to even walk in their door. I cannot say enough good things about the doctors and staff at Miller and Dixon. the moment we were greeted by them, i could tell we were in the right place. It was so pleasant to be there, i knew we should have used them for both of our kids. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you is not enough. oh, his teeth are perfect too. if we had more kids they would go to Miller and Dixon

Had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. Today, our teenage son celebrated the removal of his braces and we couldn't be any happier with the results! Wow! What an incredible new smile! Drs. Miller and Dixon are both exceptional in their field. Along with their talented staff, Drs.
