Mary is a certified public accountant with degrees in marketing, business administration, and accounting. When not busy helping out with the practice, she loves spending time with her husband, Dr. Keith and their children and granddaughter. Her interests also include skiing, kayaking, fishing, gardening, cooking, and a variety of crafts.
Karen is an Erie native and has been in the dental field since 77. She is a member of the dental assistants advisory board for the Great Lakes Institute of Technology and is CPR and radiology certified. Karen loves spending time with her husband and lovable yellow lab, Molly. Karen enjoys reading, cooking, and doing anything in the great outdoors!
Carol received her education at the Great Lakes Institute of Technology and is certified in CPR and radiology. She has been with the Millcreek Dental family since 2006. When not working, she enjoys camping and spending time with family.
Jennifer graduated from University of Pittsburgs Dental Hygiene program in 1991. She is very happy to have joined the team at Millcreek Dental Arts. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, bike riding and kayaking.
Kendra attended the Dental Assistant program at Great Lakes Institute of Technology and joined the team upon graduation. She assists both the Doctor and the Hygienist. Her hobbies include spending time outdoors with her dog, Finch, and baking.

This dental clinic charges customer without even letting customer know what insurance provider covered for cleaning and filling. The routine cleaning and filling service is bad quality. Recent filling came out. I don't recommend this dental provider. The reception staff is not knowledgeable or irresponsible of financial coverage and giving correct info to customer

100% would highly recommend. Dr Schloss is a superb dentist. His staff is wonderful, so professional and helpful. Karen at the front desk especially. She really goes above and beyond to answer any questions or assist with any scheduling or insurance issues. I'm a relatively new patient but I'm always treated like an old friend anytime I come in or call. Thank you all so much for all you do!

Could not be happier with the folks at this office and Dr. Schloss. Very friendly staff! I went in with anxiety due to a prior dentist and Dr. Schloss was not only accommodating and understanding of my needs but he was gentle and thorough with the painful and scary stuff. He resolved my immediate concerns and made a plan to get me on my way to a healthier mouth and positive outlook on future dental work. Thanks so much for caring about your patients! Not too mention the music is

My husband, kids and I have been patients of Dr. Schloss' for years. Dr. Schloss is patient, gentle and kind and is just a great guy! He loves animals and actively supports several organizations in the community as well. This past Friday when the office was closed Dr.Schloss came in and opened the office 20 minutes after I called, fixed my tooth, called me in antibiotics and got me on my way. Such a great guy that cares about his patients!
