Welcome to our family practice! We are Drs. Armen and Anait Balasanyan, a brother-sister duo and co-founders of MillBridge Dentistry. As longtime residents of Waxhaw, we are excited to be your neighborhood dentist and take care of your familys dental needs.
My brother Armen influenced my decision to switch my career from finance to dentistry and I couldnt be happier. Dentistry gives me a chance to positively transform my patients lives through creative solutions. To experience with my patients the increase in confidence at the end of treatment is very satisfying and what motivates me every day.
Growing up in Armenia, I had a traumatic dental experience that I carried throughout my childhood. When I came to the US, our family dentist went above and beyond to make me comfortable. That experience and my relationship with him became the stepping stone for my career in dentistry. From that point on, I wanted to become a dentist in order to provide similar experiences for all my patients.
As Waxhaw dentists, were proud advocates for the health and wellness of our community. Our entire team shares a mutual responsibility to give back and care for our neighbors by donating our professional skills, time, and resources to local organizations.

Excellent attention, super recommended! Alexis at the front-desk is very nice and helpful. It was a pleasure talking to her. My dentist Dr. O'Connor very meticulous, she did an excellent job and made feel very comfortable.

The doctor and staff at MillBridge Dentistry are wonderful -- friendly, professional and meticulous in their work. As a new patient, they were able to see me quickly and were able to schedule me for follow-up work within a few days of my initial appointment. I'll definitely be back!

I don't even know where to begin - the clean, welcoming dental office or the amazing staff? Hands down the best experience of a dentists office we've ever had. My kids 3,10 and 13 were all dealt with wonderfully - my three year old even went without me to have her teeth checked after Miss Grace had spent some time speaking with her to make her more comfortable. I felt like we had a personal experience here and not just treated like a number. I can't recommend this place enough.

By far the best dentistry I've ever been to! Dr. Anait is definitely a professional of her craft. She pulled my widom tooth out what seemed effortlessly. Needless to say, I was wowed. The entire staff, Jenna, Grace, M.J., Alexis, and Karen are very welcoming as well as amazing. Made me feel comfortable and assured. Definitely my family dentistry from now on. I highly recommend for anyone.
