When Dr. Millay is not in the office, he enjoys archery and other shooting sports. He is an avid outdoorsman and an excellent marksman. He enjoys working out or running daily and spending time at his farms. He and his wife Christy are members of Edgewood Baptist Church. Christy is a former U.S. Congressional staffer and is currently a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, having earned her doctorate from Murray State University. Dr. Millay 's stepdaughter, Abby Jo, is a graduate of Murray State University with both a bachelor 's and master 's degree in Organizational Communication and serves as a co-host of the television series 'Legends of the Outdoors' on the Pursuit Channel. Together, Dr. Millay and his family enjoy dove and turkey hunting, shooting sporting clays, gardening, hobby farming, and playing with their eight-year-old dog, a very lively and spirited Schnoodle named Sam.
Phyllis has been a smiling face at Millay Orthodontics for many years. She has been married to her husband Charley for 42 years. They have two children, Eli and Ashley, and one precious grandson, Miles. Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family and her church, and she enjoys taking long walks. She is also a U.K. basketball fan! Phyllis has worked in orthodontics for many years and still loves being a part of the joy that is brought to our patients when they finish their treatment with a beautiful smile!
Tamela has been with Millay Orthodontics for nearly four years. She enjoys making others smile, laugh, and feel loved. She has been married to her husband Jeff for 32 years and has two beautiful children. When not working, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time making memories with her family, friends, and loving on her German Shepherd, Maggie.
Ginger has proudly served in orthodontics for 26 years. She is married and has two children who are the highlights of her life. She enjoys attending church with family and being a part of all of her kids' activities. She and her family love traveling every chance they get!
Family is number one in Amy's life. She has been married to Daniel for 23 years, and they have two energetic and fun-loving boys, Oak and Duke. Her boys keep her busy with soccer and baseball most of the year. When she is not at the field, she can be found with her family, camping, mountain biking, or binge watching her favorite tv episodes like Survivor. She feels blessed to be a part of the Millay Orthodontics family for five years. She believes it is rewarding to see the transformation of patients from the first moment they walk in as a new patient until the highly anticipated day of having their braces removed.
Sarah joins our staff with her bubbly personality and honest, caring heart. She has a sweet spot for our patients and loves working in the public. She likes to meet new people and help those around her. She enjoys making others laugh, and she is a very hard worker. She loves her job and is eager to keep gaining experience. She says she 'loves changing people 's appearance and making them feel more confident about their smile.' Sarah is from Morganfield, KY and is currently raising her son, Elijah. When Sarah is not at work, she loves attending church, relaxing, and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Y'all really need to change your number on your website. The 270 and the last end with 6714. I have this number now. And I get calls for you guys.

While Dr. Millay is awesome, his front desk staff are horrible. They never give courtesy calls when the office closes early to let people know that there appointment needs to be rescheduled so you show up to an empty office, and then claim that your appointment was already rescheduled with "someone" they talked to, which is not true. I have caller ID on every phone I own and they did not call at all, and I have the printed out appointment reminder that states when the appointment was originally scheduled, they seem vary lazzy.

Extremely impressed with their customer service skills and promptness. I submitted an email consisting of an inquiry for Dr. Millay's orthodontic services around 8 PM one evening and I received a call right when they opened the very next morning to set up an appointment. The receptionist I spoke to was very thorough and professional as well!!

Very caring group of people who are always willing to work with crazy schedules. Never have I had a painful experience or careless rough treatment buy anyone. Every visit i felt welcomed and not once was i ever treated simply like a number. Very happy with this group.
