I chose dentistry because I have a passion to help others and use my creative skills. I chose general dentistry because I believe in treating the person as a whole. As a general dentist, I am the gatekeeper for my patients overall oral health success. Working with patients, working with my hands and creating esthetic outcomes is quite compelling for me.
I enjoy seeing the smiles on my patients faces and the many hugs we exchange. I strive to know each patient as a person so I can give them personalized, individualized care. Everyone has a story and, although I am just a small speck in their life stories, I can give them positive experiences and outcomes. I can give them optimal oral health that lasts a lifetime.
I am a restorative dentist at the core. I love rebuilding things that have broken down and turning them into successful functioning oral health. I love creating while achieving comfort and harmony. My goals are my patients goals.
In her free time, Dr. Taggart-Burns loves to run, read and spend time with her family. She enjoys the arts and sporting events. Her personal interests right now revolve around watching her son and daughter growing up and enjoying life!

Best Dentist Office EVER! The ladies at Millard Oaks Dental are very pleasant, efficient, fun, and professional. So far I've had 5 crowns done and a ZOOM whitening. I feel like a new man! I'm currently making my Facebook account private due to all of the inbound relationship requests! Seriously though, they are great!

Says online that they accept Medicaid but on the phone someone said they don't. Really need to get their stuff together.

I was looking for a new office for my whole family (1 and 3 year old included), and couldn't be happier that I found these guys! Everyone we have dealt with, doctors, assistants and receptionists, have been wonderful (Dr. Monnier is so sweet and kind!) . They did such a great job with my 3 year olds first "big boy" appointment, which was a relief for me also. Definitely recommend their office!

Best dentists ever! Monier and McTaggart are both very personable. You cannot go wrong with either. Both are experts in their professions. Their staff is also great. Highly recommend!

I started going to Millard Oaks after not going to a dentist in 10 years. They were nice and friendly, talked me through everything and got me set up with an Orthodontist for braces. Something I knew I needed but didn't want to deal with at the time. After the braces came off I needed a filling. Again I was nervous but they talked me through everything and it was actually a great experience.

Everyone is great at here!!! They're tremendously nice, helpful and caring. I started going to this dentist after a bad experience with another dentist, when I was having some tooth pain. The other dentist wanted to sell me an overpriced mouthguard and charge me a lot of money for some dental work. After being seen at Millard Oaks, I was told all of that was unnecessary. She was able to fix my issue within a matter of minutes and I don't remember being charged any extra. I feel the dentist here is very honest, does a great job and is someone that I can trust. Although the dental hygienists do stress the importance of brushing correctly and flossing, they do it in a way that is not belittling. Everyone that works here, actually make going to the dentist enjoyable!!!
