I'm 60 and have an unhealthy fear of the dentist. There's no way I could possibly have a root canal RE-TREATMENT without the nitrous or laughing gas. Being referred to MRE my anxiety level was thru the roof . I walked in crying, but not in pain. The Dr explained my problem with visuals and explained in detail what the procedure entailed. Calming me somewhat. Then the mouth thing, what a surprise. Never saw one but it let's you remove yourself from the work that is being done, in your head. Not only that but NO metal dental equipment touches any other teeth! A big help for me. She took her time, always spoke calmly. Thank you to all at MRE. This was the easiest time I've ever had at a dental appointment. I wish I could give you 6 stars.

I went to Mill Run Endodntics for a root canal on tooth #10. When I arrived and seated in the chair the assistant immediately collected the co-payments of $385.00. I have never had a dental assistant collect money right before the dentist began a stressful procedure. The dentist explained that my nerve was calcified within the tooth and it would be a difficult procedure. After a lot of drilling the dentist stopped. She said that she didn't have the proper tools to continue. She than returned my check and said that since she could not do the procedure I would not be charged for anything.However today I received a bill for $385.00 I have a call into the billing office to get the charge removed. Hopefully the dentist will keep her word and the charge will be removed from my account

I was nervous about having the root canal, but Dr. Scott and her assistant were professional, efficient and extremely gentle in a challenging procedure. I had almost no residual pain at all, which is amazing considering the work done. I highly recommend this Practice!

This place was amazing. Dr. Jennifer Willett and her assistant Tasha were so patient and kind. I didn't even feel anything when I got numbed. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Dr.Willett is a fantastic person and does superb work. Most gentle shot in the gums I've ever received and she communicated perfectly through the entire proceedure, thanks doc!

It's more about money than it is about the patient. They want me to pay the full amount of a root canal before even seeing even though my insurance pays 80% out of network. I already have an appointment with another endodontist and they are not requiring me to pay this out of pocket up front and they are not in network. I have an infection in my tooth, this can't wait and you expect me to come up with $875 then it does become more about money than the patient. I will never come to you even if you guys ever do come in network.

Had an appointment at Mill Run Endo set up for 2pm on Friday 12/14/2018. Arrived at the office at about 1:45pm-1:50pm, I previously came in to fill out the paperwork so I knew that part was completed. I know things can run behind a bit. I was not taken back to the space for my root canal until about 2:45pm. I did not see the dentist/endodontist till 3:10pm. Jennifer Willett was very kind, caring, and very efficient. She had the work done in about an hour. I have no complaints about the root canal in itself, but I am a bit disappointed in the time it took to get to me. I took time off work for it. I took a half day off, but if I had known I wasn't going to be seen till an hour later I could've taken a quarter day less off. As a teacher and it being December ever day or hour I'm not with my classes can be very derailing. I teach 3 different subjects and switch students every 9 weeks so it can be extra stressful not only for me, but my students as well when I am out. Like I said the dentist/endodontist did an amazing job. She listened to my history, answered any questions, and did the work in a timely manner (once I was back there). The only issue I had was with the amount of waiting time from my arrival to being seen. Yes I realize it was a Friday and later in the day appointment just was very much unexpected for me to have to wait that long. If I end up needing another root canal I will go there, but I may try for an earlier appointment. Which some may ask why still give a them a 5 star rating? Because I understand what happened even if I don't like what happened, and I know I can only control so many things and this was not one of them.

What an amazing place! I went in to have a root canal done, with the help of the doctor, we decided it was not needed. However, instead of just doing the procedure, she went to extra length to ensure I was comfortable with the decision. The testing she provided, and the knowledge she gave, was outstanding! I would completely recommend Dr Willett to all of my friends and family!

I have just left having a root canal, and I can not say enough good about these doctor(s) and staff. Dr. was gentle, understanding, very astute, and efficient. She and her assistant worked together at the utmost efficiency. The very adept assistant knew exactly what the Doctor required at the exact time. It was like a very well tuned and fine running machine. They both turned a very unpleasant procedure into a very tolerable and comfortable time spent. I will never go anywhere else other than here. The location is easy to get to, right off of I-270 @ Hilliard Exit. One right, one left and one right and you're there. Thanks Mill Run Endo...

Needed an emergency root canal. Dr Jennifer Willett was amazing. Very compassionate towards my pain level. Explained everything before, during & after my procedure. Excellent bed-side manners. Should the need ever arise for a root canal again, I put my teeth in her hands. Thank you!

I've had several root canals and needed seen for different reasons and I would never go to another Endodontist. The Drs and staff are wonderful. I've never had a problem scheduling and they are always pleasant and professional and assist with understanding insurance, procedures, etc. I highly recommend them!
