Had first appt today, it was great! All staff were professional and made you feel extremely comfortable. Very clean too! Jo was so kind and really took the time to educate me and made sure I understood everything as well as addressing all my concerns. Dr. Young was very professional as well. Smooth, quick appointment.

Dr. Young is fantastic and his staff are the greatest! He was so patient and kind for my little guy's first appointment. Jo, the dental hygienist, introduced all the tools and materials in an engaging and thorough way. We all walked out with shiny smiles. Highly recommend for full service family dentristy.

Dr. Young is the best dentist. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I was really nervous to go to the dentist since I was long overdue for my regular checkup, and it was during the pandemic. From the moment I walked into Mill Pond Dental, I received a warm welcome from the team and felt really comfortable with all of the precautions taken and cleanliness of the office. Dr. Young took the time to listen to all my concerns and answer my questions. Jo was my hygienist, and she is also super nice and was extremely gentle while conducting a deep cleaning. I'm so relieved I found Mill Pond Dental!

I had an appointment on 02/25. The office was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. There were TV's for each patient, essential oils blowing, and music playing. The staff were masked and took the guidelines for transmission mitigation seriously. I ended up washing my hands several times while I was there and didn't see any staff taking off or complaining about masks. Dr. Young is professional and compassionate. He was not pushy and showed / explained why he made his recommendations. He also also made time in the schedule for the procedure I needed by taking over for one of his hygienists whom I believe was named Lanita. She was pleasant and compassionate as well, and was thorough in her work. There were no surprises when it was time to pay my bill. I was happy with my service and will return for future dental services

I brought to Dr Young, a total fear of the dentist, the last few weeks of Invisalign from an Austin ortho, and a botched all on 5 procedure from a Midland Perio. Dr young is patient and listens well, I'm not an easy patient, and he's nothing but calm and professional. He's fixed my all on five with zero help from the original periodontist, finished out my Invisalign, replaced old fillings, and given me a few crowns. The hygienist is amazing! She's super gentle with bite wing X-rays and cleaning. He worked around my crazy schedule with appointments and communication. The rest of the staff is just as great. You'd be surprised how many bad dentists or money grubby dentists there are out there. 10/10 recommend.

Dr. Young has been my dentist for 3 years now; I switched because a friend told me how up-to-date his practice was, especially the technology he was using. His professional, methodical attention he gives to all patients is the reason I am still there. Whether it's a simple six-month check-up or a tricky dental crown, that same level of detail is there. And he manages to make patients feel at ease as he works, which is a nice touch! I recommend Dr. Young to anyone wanting a truly professional dentist that you can trust. p.s. his office staff & hygienists are super-nice too!
