Dr. Markus believes in staying up-to-date on the latest technology and advances in orthodontic treatment, working closely with other members of the dental field, and communicating closely with patients to provide the best possible treatment and ensure a winning smile. Dr. Markus looks forward to creating local relationships and serving in the community.
Outside of the office, Dr. Markus enjoys camping, hiking, swimming, skiing, woodworking, drawing, photography, and spending time with family. He and his wife Emily have five lively children: Mark, Amelia, Adeline, Audrey, and Rainer. He is currently a youth soccer coach and looks forward to each new season. A roller coaster junkie, he cannot let a summer go by without visiting Busch Gardens.

I can't recommend Dr. Markus and his team enough. He quite literally worked a miracle on my teeth and I couldn't be happier with the outcome!! On top of amazing results and affordability, the staff are all super friendly and helped me through the entire process. I even look forward to my appointments to see them! Look no further, seriously. You won't regret it.

Dr. Markus and his team at Mill Creek are absolutely amazing. From the time I had my first consultation, to today when my braces came off, has been nothing but a wonderful experience. This team gave me something I never thought possible with my smile and only wished I had done this sooner. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my smile.

Mill Creek was such a good experience for me! Not only were they caring and nice, but everything was perfect from communication, scheduling and overall professionalism. I would highly recommend Mill Creek to anyone looking for any sort of braces/invisalign. I really enjoyed my time here!

Truly the most genuinely kind staff I've ever met. With the amount of patients they see, it still surprises me when they remember my name when I walk in the door (it's the little things). Invisalign has been such a breeze and Dr. Markus' perfectionism is so appreciated and truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience getting Invisalign at Mill Creek. Having never had braces as a child, I had always been self-conscious about my smile. Dr. Markus and his team put together a treatment plan that worked for me and helped me to become so much happier and more confident. And importantly, they were so kind along the way. I am so grateful for their team and truly believe it was one of the best decisions and investments I could have made.

The staff are warm, personable and engaging, the office is very bright and cheerful, and they really seem to understand the science behind their work. On top of that I was offered a new laser pain reduction treatment that they may begin using regularly soon which significantly reduced the inflammation I was experiencing after having my braces first put on. I'm happy to be a client of Mill Creek and excited about the progress being made already

Mill Creek Orthodontist was truly amazing! Their facility is extremely clean and Covid friendly. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Samantha was extremely helpful in both my phone consultation as well as my retainer fitting/trimming. I would highly recommend this office! It is also very kid friendly!

If you are considering braces for yourself or someone you love...Mill Creek is the ONLY option. As long as their office is open, they will always be our family's #1 choice. This place is more than AMAZING!!!! As an adult getting braces for the first time, I am overwhelmed by the care and quality of Mill Creek Orthodontics. Dr Nieprasck and his team have done more than an excellent job. I went from looking like the crimson chin to Cinderella.10/10 would recommend! Affordable, Quality, Careful, Professional and Sweet!!! They also give you dipping dots after!!!

I've wanted braces for minor corrections for a LONG time! The pandemic was the perfect time to get them and hide my adult braces under the mask. I'm impressed by Mill Creek Orthodontics on so many levels. They have great technology to get 3D imaging of the teeth. Dr. Markus is excellent at what he does. I felt confident that I was in the right hands. The staff is amazing! They all work as one big team and you feel at home every time you go in for a checkup. I recommend this practice to all my friends in the area with teenagers or adults needing braces or other alignment/corrections. Look no further!
