Been thru lots of dental stuff but this one was the terrible one Dr. Billy was the one pulled off my wisdom tooth and it was terrible because he even did'nt wait till the anesthesia kicks on.. When he started to pull out my wisdom tooth i let them know and his assistant Judy that it was hurt i moaned in pain but he did'nt care instead he continued pulling off my wisdom tooth even i screamed in pain.... I almost hold his hand to stop him but his assistant held my hand so i cannot stop him and i heard he said its almost done!! He does'nt care about their patients instead they care about my money!!!! What a nightmare to me and i will never ever gonna come back there anymore... AND I NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out yesterday. The staff is super nice and do a great job at making you comfortable and getting things ready for the surgery. The doctor is very nice as well and did an amazing, quick job. I was in and out of there and am having little pain today as well. Definitely recommend Dr Billy!

Had a wisdom tooth and two others by it extracted, it was done the same day of my consultation. The dentist really has a lot of experience and he got them out in minutes, no pain. If he suggests anything to you, take that advice, he really knows his stuff on dental work. Thanks for the relief and help.

Staff was great. The nurse exlpained everything, was very compassionate and put me at ease. Dr. Wagley was very informative, compassionate and put me as ease as well. I definitely recommend.

Been trying to get them to submit to my insurance. No one calls you back. they ignored my referral dentist, the insurance company, My HR dept and my wife and I. Not one return phone call. TERRIBLE. If I ran my business this way I wouldn't have one.

I have an extreme phobia of the Dentist. So much so that I have pushed off removing painful and decaying wisdom teeth for over a year. It just got to a point I couldn't push it off any longer. So I called the office, and they managed to get me in the same day. I'm not sure if it was a nurse or a dental assistant, but she sat with me the entire time. Distracting me from panicking before the procedure. She was kind, and understanding. Giving me tissues and holding my hand because I was there alone. The medical field needs more compassionate people like her. The doctor was also extrordinarily kind. He never once invalidated my feelings, but instead was encouraging and patient. He is a talented surgeon. Not only was my mouth numb the first try, but two teeth were out in less than a minute. I'm not exaggerating. It was fast. He also talked to me on the phone an hour after the procedure to answer a question I had. They explained aftercare directions, and gave me scripts to fill as well as extra gauze. Incredible experience. I wish I had done this sooner. If every dentist I had gone to had been like Dr. Billy, I don't think I would have a fear to begin with.
