I would give this zero stars if I could. The first appointment was fine, besides his demeanor. The second appointment was about the same as the first. The third appointment Russ had a horrible attitude towards me the entire time he was in the room. His staff came across as snobby. Today I had an appointment scheduled that I could not make due to personal reasons and I called shortly after they opened to reschedule to be sure I gave them a couple hours notice as my plans had changed suddenly. They helped me reschedule but shortly after hanging up I received a reminder text so I called again to make sure it had been rescheduled and thought their system may not have fully updated. It was Russ (the dentist) that answered and when I explained why I was calling he responded with "I still have you on for 11, if you aren't going to show up then this isn't going to work" he then hung up the phone. Given that I have struggled with his attitude towards me since my first visit, I will not be going back and I would NOT recommend this office. A formal complaint will also be happening. Horrible dentist.

I am very pleased with the nurses but this review goes to the doctor Rust I am not very pleased with if you can't work with my child then you can't work with me my daughters first time in the dentist and being discriminated against I will be seeking damages my daughter had barely any problems getting her teeth cleaned by the nurse then you had much more time to get my wife's teeth done and decided to cancel when you set aside a few hours just because our daughter was afraid of you my family is now looking for another dentist from here on out and because we had Ohp for insurance you still discriminated.

Yesterday I had a crown installed on one of my front teeth. I was very pleased with Dr. Rust's & Kyler's attentiveness and skill. The whole process was pain free and the end result looks terrific! (can hardly tell which is the real tooth and which is the crown). And Sue at the front desk is always a pleasure to work with. Thanks All ! !

Had a dental plan with them for minor treatments on 2 teeth. Was never called to schedule the appts. When Id call to find out what was going on with the appts, was told they'd call me back which never happend. My teeth literally fell apart while waiting for appts to get started for the minor care to the point my two teeth got super infected and had to be pulled. Was then told Id need dentures!! Unbelievably terrible.. Ive been going to that office for nearly 15 years. Never felt so disregarded and uncared about. DO NOT GO THERE! I will not go there again. Found a true dentist that was in disbelief that I was told I needed dentures when everything was saveable.

Dr Rust and the whole staff were great. Having a tooth pulled isn't fun, but there was no pain and the whole process was much better than I feared! Definitely recommend.

If you are in pain they always get you in right away! For the most part, I enjoy going here for my dentist appointments!

I absolutely love everyone in this office , they are kind and go out of their way to take care of their patients. My son had a accident at school, breaking both front teeth , not only were the teeth saved the dentist saved my sons smile. Forever grateful.

I've shown for appointments in the past but when I get there in told they forgot to put me on the calender, another time the person that was suppose to work on me didn't come in. Then if I call in to cancel I have to give them a 24 hour notice. They need to be giving us a 24 hour notice too. That's a waste of a patience time and gas.

Great staff, knowledgeable. They are better than other dentists I've been to in Salem. They are caring and do their best to find appointments that work with your schedule. Yesterday my husband broke one of his teeth, and they were able to get us in the next day and stayed late to make sure his tooth was fixed. On top of that, my wisdom tooth became impacted and swollen last night. It was so painful and they were able to see me today to get it removed. They really care about their patients and do their best! I highly reccomend them.

The staff here are fantastic! Family atmosphere in a small town. I finally found a dentist i like. And Cooper is a great addition.
