Unprofessional is an understatement called Denta Quest already next call is going to be the Dental Association..I called Denta Quest because the whole staff is Unhinged. I guess they didn't know i work in a Lawerys office now you do Dentist Parks did a horrible impression of my dental work went to another dentist to correct it dont use them for Partials or replacing of teeth unskillefd not happy at all with the results.

This dentist is very bad.I don't recommend anyone to go. Customer service. It's bad. I whent in December for a tooth extraction they took a X-ray charge me 80 dollars they said the doctor is not in today 12/27/2021. They make a appointment on January they call me to cancel then the next month and the next month the until today, which is June 26, 2022.I don't recommend. They don't have an education no bueno unprofessional town of Westbury should close this store is the worst business for Westbury Town Att Stan

The service I received today was awful. My appointment was for 1:00PM I had arrived there a little earlier though. I waited 30 minutes along with another girl who had an appointment for 1:00PM who had asked them how much longer it would be. I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to actually get started on my filling! I shouldn't have had to wait that long. Also I was not allowed to use the bathroom due to Covid. I had to hold it in for 2 hours. There are many places that have their bathrooms open for customers that they actually care about. I will not be returning to his place.

The dentist here is very good. He also worked with me on my bill. He did an excellent job on my teeth and eve helped me with the insurance company. Overall this is an amazing place to go.

I had a cleaning appointment at 1230 pm on Aug 9, 2019. I signed in at 1210 pm and was in the room at 1225 pm. A bilingual assistant took my x-ray, who could not comprehend English very well, and asked me reason for my appointment. I explained that I am here for a routine cleaning, which I missed in April 2019 and I have little pain in my upper and lower right gumline. This assistant misunderstood my concern as an emergency and conveyed it to doctor. Doctor arrived in the room at 1245 pm and left right away when she found out it was not an emergency. Next comes the assistant being furious and rude and started to question me in her broken English why I said I have an emergency? At that moment I calmly said that you misinterpreted what I said to you. Next, I had to wait 1 Hour for doctor to show up for 4 minute cleaning. Doctor Milhim Lewis was very rude and extremely unprofessional when she arrived. There was no sense of apology or any gesture that a patient was waiting in the room for more than an hour. I will never go to this Doctor ever again and this is the last time they saw me. I felt ashamed and disrespected as a human being and felt violated. Never again they will take my hard earned money and violate my rights. Ms. Lewis is not fit to be a dentist and need more behavioural lessons.

I have never been so disappointed in a dentist office before. My appointment was for 10 AM. I was asked to go into a room where they took my x-rays. Once she was finished they said the doctor will be with you shortly. 10 minutes go by and another girl asks me to change rooms. That was weird. I did it anyway without asking questions. The person that goes in the room I was originally in is immediately getting worked on. Then she says the doctor will be with you in a few minutes. 20 minutes go by and the doctor still hasn't come in. I asked someone if the doctor will be here soon because it's already 10:40 am and I have things to do on my only day off. She said the doctor will be with me shortly. I waited another 20 minutes. It is now 11 am. The doctor still hasn't peeked their head in to let me know they will be with me. No one is giving me an answer aside from "the doctor will be with you shortly". I walked up to the girl at the front desk and told her I can't wait any longer for a doctor and she didn't say a word and let me walk out the door. Don't waste your time like I did. Go to a different office.
