The staff is right on. I was seen when I was scheduled (actually a little earlier). The coordination between the hygienist and Dr. Joseph was flawless. Thank you for making my visit, anxiety free!

Been using this dentist for almost 4 years now. The staff is always nice. Can usually get an appointment within a reasonable time frame. No complaints.

I recently moved from NY to PA permanently and left all of my doctors and favorite dentist behind. Was worried about finding a dentist I could trust and feel comfortable with (is there such a thing? YES) . I read reviews and chose Dr. Coppola. Her staff is WONDERFUL. (and how many would agree that sometimes the staff can be a huge deterrent?). I'm no wimp, but dental pain is not something I look forward to and I am facing extensive work that needs to be done. Today was my second, and most involved appointment. The dental assistants are unbelievably skilled, kind, friendly, compassionate and put me at total ease. I didn't mind paying extra for nitrous oxide since it helps me cope with the stress, and they numbed me up and kept checking on my comfort level. I was in the chair for over 2 hours, but I have to say I have never felt more comfortable and trusting of ANY dentist or staff before in my life. The assistant even fixed my hair after rising from laying on the chair for over 2 hours! lol. As a woman, I give her major props for that. I am only hesitant about posting this review because I fear people will read it and flock to this dental office, and then I won't be able to get an appointment! I did not dread going to my appointment today, and there is NO GREATER compliment to a dentist or their staff for a patient to say that. I have found my dental office and hope they stay in practice for at least 30 more years. I'm counting on it. Thank you Dr. Coppola, both Deanna's (hope I got the spelling right) and the desk staff for being so welcoming, kind and an absolute PLEASURE to deal with.

I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone!! I've been a patient here for 4 years and I'd never want another one. I was always afraid to go to the dentist until I came here. The entire staff makes me feel welcome, comfortable and in good hands.

This is the best dental care I have received and should have been a patient sooner. The office staff is professional and friendly with all precautions necessary for COVID-19. Dental assistant DeeAnna is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. Dr. Coppola is the absolute best, very explanatory, painless, and I know I am in very good hands. I highly recommend Milford Smile Designs!

Dr. Coppola and her staff are the best. I have been to their office three times now and have found everyone who works there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They have answered all my questions. My hygienist is excellent. She shows you how to use an electric tooth brush to clean all your teeth!! I would recommend this practice to all my friends!!
