Amazing! A+++ I came in feeling super anxious and nervous. They have Alexa in the room and I was able to listen to music during the procedure. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend, very professional. Jane and Dr. Perrone were a great team! Thanks so much. -Katie

Awesome Doctors who take their time to explain procedures and do so in a manner that is easy to understand. Office staff is attentive and friendly! Highly recommend their practice.

GREAT experience! From the online forms to the actual appointment, M&D Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery was professional, thorough and caring. Their new location at 708 Boston Post Road Milford is beautiful - light, airy and open - ample parking and large sign (very helpful). My mom (83 years) was referred to M&D for an extraction. It went extremely well. The follow up instructions were clear. We were made aware that swelling and soreness would peak 3 days after surgery so we were not surprised. We've been to a LOT of physicians lately. M&D are among the BEST.

I made an appointment to see Dr. Ciuci because I am having problems with my TMJ. Spoke to the staff and told them I needed someone who does surgery gave them the name of the doctor treating me who does not do surgery. They gave me an appointment and then called me to cancel cause I was referred to someone else. I told them I didn't make an appointment with that referral cause they didn't accept my insurance. The office then called me back and said that Dr. Ciuci is not taking new patients and he no longer accepts my insurance. I feel this is very bad professionalism on his behalf. I choose to go to him and now I continue to suffer cause he doesn't want to see me or care for me. It had nothing to do with my insurance I checked with them first and Dr. Ciuci is listed. No one told me about the financial part to make any payments needed to be seen cause I would have gladly paid for it. He chose not to see me cause I was referred to someone else so when I said I wanted to go to this office instead and a referral was sent he then said he was not taking new patients. So I did check had an appointment and he canceled it and it had nothing to do with my insurance at all. Wish they had a 0 cause that is what I would have given him.

Doctor was very friendly, prompt, and overall a great healthcare provider. Receptionist was incredibly rude. After a slight mishap in directions in arriving on operation day, I was approximately two minutes behind and the office called and informed me that they were cancelling the procedure, they ultimately decided to allow me five more minutes to arrive. They called me again two minutes later and said they definitely cancelled the appointment and I was responsible. Fortunately, by that point I was already in the parking lot walking inside to which I received nothing but a rude tongue and abrasive attitude from the receptionist who told me the procedure was cancelled and to call and reschedule another time. I told her "no, I came all the way from New Haven and if my extraction is cancelled I want to speak to the doctor myself." She walked away and returned a minute later rolling her eyes, talking under her breath, telling me "you all need to make up your minds", but told me the doctor will see me and do the procedure. After that, everything was fine but at the time it was an incredible ordeal. I would give the office five stars, if they allowed leeway or some sort of flexibility particularly when circumstances are beyond your control and if they completely rid themselves of the rude and incompetent receptionist, Lizette (unsure of spelling).

I had a very pleasant follow up appointment at their new Milford office after having surgery in their Derby location. Dr Ciuci and Dr Perrone are both phenomenal and really care about their patients. Definitely recommend them both for anyone who needs an oral surgeon!

Dr. Perrone was wonderful!! My wisdom tooth procedure was quick and painless. Post op instructions were thorough and the staff was very accommodating. I will recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery!
