I was terrified to have the procedure done but they're so comforting and calmed me down, procedure was painless and done very quickly, and they sent flowers to my house highly recommend

Dr. Ciuci has completed multiple extractions on our 10 year old daughter. He is always extremely kind, compassionate and gentle. His staff is also excellent and very accommodating.

People are usually in pain from an infected wisdom tooth. Yet, before they will even speak to you or give an explanation of wait times etc. you must first fill out an online registration form. Clearly this is a pick and choose scenario in which they could care less about the patient and only look at the almighty dollar and if they want "your kind" in their office. For that they are terrible people and shouldn't even lost themselves on the internet, let alone be in business! Thanks for nothing losers!

I recently had my wisdom teeth taken out and the staff at both of their offices were understanding and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and Dr. Perrone is the guy!

I have to start off by saying, I absolutely love the Milford's new location they truly aimed to please with the Ambiance. You have to see it for yourself go and kick back in their state of the art reclining chairs. I have been a patient of Dr. Perrone's for a year now and I have had to have numerous extractions done by him. Dr. Perrone is very knowledgeable when it comes to other illnesses as well and goes the extra mile to provide me with the best care alongside my other list of medical conditions. Dr. Perrone has great bed side manners he is very passionate, reliable and gentle and loves the same music as I enjoy . He understands Anxiety and does a great job coaching me through my procedures. I highly recommend this practice you won't be disappointed. The office staff is truly passionate Tammy always has a great smile as she welcomes you. I am truly Happy with this practice

Top notch! I was able to get an appointment right away, everyone was very welcoming and helped ease my anxiety. The office is clean and bright, everything is digital (no tons of paperwork) and the Dr was so very professional. Explained my procedure, answered my questions and was very considerate of how I was feeling every step of the way.

I was referred to this surgeon two weeks ago by my children's dentist. Once the appointment was made we were instructed to fill out the paperwork online through a link. The link was not supported on my iPhone. As we were in route to the appointment, there was some confusion about the address. I called for clarity. The receptionist was VERY rude. So rude in fact that my husband refused to walk in for the appointment. All we needed was the address and what we were given was unprofessionalism and a very bad attitude.

I wish i could give zero stars.... This place gave absoluletly awful and irresponsible service. This place makes dental work and simple communication skills...seem more difficlut then quantum mechanics. After being refered by a well renowned connecticut dentist in 2012, a consultation was made and the doctors advised that a removal was not nessecary. Fast forward to June 2017 and the teeth have emerged and removal of the teeth are now required. This is also when the dental insurance was updated to a different healthcare provider. The office obtained the new information before the appointments and neglected to inform me of the denial of all coverage for that office and those doctors. (guess my healthcare provider was looking out for me) On the day of the apppintment they attempted to charge me over $3,000 cash or card for the surgery and the balance of the other prior appointments because the insurance declined all coverage These people neglected to tell me the insurance denials, led me on believing that I was covered except for a small copay, and then on top of this all they left me a message in Decemeber of 2017 that the insurance will now cover the exspenses, and I can make another appointment whenever I would like. Low and behold these crooks then told me today that I was put on a red alert list that listed me as an individual they can no longer do bussiness with. These people are literally senile. Absoltley awful bussiness practices and 2nd grade communication levels by these "doctors" and "practitioners". I advise going elsewhere to people who care more about the practice and less about skimping out individuas thousands of dollars cash.

I needed immediate attention, tooth extraction. The entire staff was exceptionally courteous, professional and friendly. Dr. Perrone is a great oral surgeon! He explained everything he was doing, from start to finish. I had no problems afterwards, and they even followed up with a courtesy call to me the following day. THANK YOU!!! I highly recommend them!
