All three of our boys love Dr. Carolyn and her staff. They are welcoming, caring and make the boys feel at ease during their visits. I wish I had a dentist like her when I was a kid. I HIGHLY recommend her if you are looking to upgrade your child's dentist experience.

Milestone Pediatric Dentistry is a wonderful practice. Everyone who works there is great with children. Dr. Lubrano takes the time to answer all questions and concerns. My 7yo enjoys getting his teeth cleaned and told me today that he can "go in the back by himself". That's a testament to how comfortable he feels at Milestone.

Would NOT Recommend. They are looking to rob you for your money. They don't take insurances. Check with your insurance company before you make an appointment to this place. See if they are "in network." I made the mistake by falling for this bullshit....Carolyn ( owner) doesn't care about your child, she's in it strictly for the business....she wants Cost up front, because she knows she doesn't take insurances, she's a private practice....don't get fooled folks.....her website is falsely advertised. there are plenty of pediatric dentistry in the area.

We started coming to Milestones when my daughter was 2, she had 2 cavities on the back of her front teeth. She was less than cooperative and would not allow them to numb her mouth, the doctor then explained a different treatment that would prevent the cavities from spreading further until she could "mature" to an older age and then have the teeth fixed. We also took her for regular cleanings every 3 months (per her instruction) as opposed to 6, which meant we paid out of pocket for every other cleaning. Because my daughter was still not cooperative with restoration of the teeth she had to go under sedation at the hospital to have those teeth removed. Fast forward a couple of years and COVID hit. Per protocol in HER office according to HER standards parents were not allowed in the office while your own child received treatment, and she made sure to make you well aware that this was HER PRIVATE practice. The first appointment for a filling my daughter had my husband took her to, they get her all situated, numbed her then told my husband he had to leave. There was nothing said prior to that stating that he would have to leave her while they drilled and filled her teeth. She was 6 at the time and scared. She had one more tooth that needed to be filled, I went to that appointment with my daughter, and same thing...they got her situated in the chair and before they numbed her this time they asked me to leave. When I refused, stating that I was fully vaccinated, masked and a nurse, that I understood COVID guidelines stating I would stand 6 ft away but I was not leaving the building so my daughter could have her work done she stated "I can't do this treatment today" I stated "ok, when are you going to relax your COVID restrictions?", her response "When covid goes away" I looked at her and said "you and I both know COVID is never going away", she said "well then my guidelines will never relax, this is my private practice and these are my rules". I stated that I would be finding another dentist and her response was "Good" as we walked away. Since then we have seen another dentist who says that is against the LAW to request the parent of a minor not be present during treatment. Milestones continues to call me to try to set up appointments with my daughter to have her teeth cleaned even after I have told them that we have another dentist. I do not recommend this dentist AT ALL. She is rude and plays by her own rules, even going against CDC guidelines. Never do anything you do not feel comfortable with, including leaving your child alone with a doctor/dentist. No doctor should ever ask you to leave any child alone with them.

I cannot say enough about this dentist and office. I switched my 6 year old from a high traffic office last year to Dr. Carolyn's and I have no regrets. I never feel rushed and she answers all of my questions. She takes her time making the kids feel relaxed and comfortable and my older is all smiles after the visit. I brought in my 2 year old this past time and Emily and the dentist made it a tear free one. Taking little kids to the dentist can be worrisome, but I feel my kids and I are well cared for here.

I truly hope that no one else wastes an entire day getting mislead by this highly disorganized office and incompetent, unknowledgeable staff. We are new to Milestones and I was excited to have found a dentist with Laser dentistry... My daughter had a filling appointment today which was scheduled since her first appt. at Milestones on November 11th, 2021 consulting she was getting the laser and nitrous oxide for this appt. today. They had told us for her not to eat or drink anything 2 hours prior to the appointment. My daughter did not go to school today to make it to her appt. on time. When we got there they had told us that her appt. was canceled sometime yesterday because of an unobvious problem the dentist had with her hand although she was still working with patients and... doing fillings to other patients. My other daughter has not been seen yet because they had to cancel her first appt. which they accidentally booked during their vacation time. This time, there was no missed call, voice mail or text message of any cancelation on my phone. Yet, I undoubtedly received confirmation texts, 1 on 01/25/21 which I responded to and then a confirmation phone call on 01/28/21 that I responded yes again to (and also double checked about my daughter getting the laser for this filling) and then another reminder text on 01/30/21... A lot of effort to make sure you respect their time but absolutely no care or regard towards the patients time. They told us today if we wanted to wait, she could squeeze us in and so we did since we just drove 60 minutes to be there. We waited 30 minutes in the lobby just for the dentist to chit chat to a patient leaving.... After that someone else came up to us and told us she would have to ask if we could be seen... I had told her "the other person at the desk said we could be seen"... 3 other patients came and left. When they finally sat my daughter down they were about to give her a cleaning in which I had to explain to them again twice that she is here for a filling and just got a cleaning in November. Another hygienist came and told us to just wait till the dentist was ready. She put on numbing cream on the wrong part of her mouth. She ended up numbing my daughter for no reason since it completely wore off by the time the dentist was ready to see her and they never ended up doing any work. When the dentist finally came to get my daughter there was no greeting and no apology for the wait in which by that time we had waited over 2 hours. I was curious about the tooth she was about to work on since we specifically came to work on the cavity from my daughters X-rays. (Her X-rays were from a non-pediatric dentist that did not have a laser which is the whole reason we came to milestones.) I made sure with a phone call, a week in advance, that they had received her X-rays alright in which they said they had them and they were in her file. The dentist said that there was a virus when trying to view my daughters X-rays and that she didn't see anything but then had said she was able to view them but didn't see any cavity... So when I questioned the tooth she was actually going to be working on she became very defensive. She stated "I sense a lack of trust between patient and dentist" I replied "Well, I don't know you yet." She replied hastily "I don't know you"... I told her "Please don't take any offense if I just have questions" and she replied that she was offended. She then stated that it was probably best to get a second opinion and I sensed a true lack of confidence with not much backbone on her part. She walked away to work on another patient and a hygienist came to speak to us just to tell us again to get a second opinion without giving us any referrals. In conclusion: She was extremely passive aggressive in demeanor and also mentioned that they don't use a laser for cavities and they only use it for certain things. I asked them if it was a soft tissue laser or a hard tissue laser and she couldn't answer definitely.
