I've been coming to milestone for 4 years for what was supposed to be a 9 month treatment. My teeth look the same way they did 2 years ago but I'm not complaining because they don't look bad. What annoys me is this office was once organized and a pleasure to visit. Now it is always crowded and it seems that the staff can't keep up with appointment times. The last 3 times I've been here, my visit was over an hour for a check. Previously, I would be in and out and now I dread coming here having my time wasted. Today, I went for an 11:15 appointment. I was on time and 5 people were ahead of me. At 11:35 I checked back in with one of the receptionist and she asked someone why I hadn't been seen and if they could take me next. I was then sat in the chair and asked by 2 different staff members how many trays I had in total. Shouldn't that be in my file? They disappeared for another 20 minutes. I was unable to stay for any additional time because I do work. Ultimately it was a waste of my gas and time because I was never seen.

Once I paid, they treated me like a garbage. I'm not happy with my orthodontics, I feel very suffering during the appointment. The dentist never pay attention to my doubts until the problem came out. He wasted my five years. Have to go somewhere else to fix his fail work.

1. I have been wearing Invisalign for almost four years, and I still need my fourth round of braces in a month. Each round almost needs a year of wear, and every time I ask my dentist when it will probably end, the answer is always uncertain. 2. Right now, my teeth are even central off alignment; the upper teeth were off by half a tooth in the middle of my face, and the lower teeth were off by almost a whole tooth, I mentioned this during my third dental scan, and the assistant told me she would say to the dentist, the truth is the middle line is still off. When I noticed it, I asked him; he was yelling at me, "Your teeth are much better than when you came" then I went home and took photos, and I drew the middle line in the images to show him at the last appointment, and he said, "It's a little off!" He told me my teeth were much better than before and did not allow me to ask requests; I paid $5,000 to him! I deserve it!!! 3. I told the dentist that I had a jaw disorder, and he said, "This is normal; orthodontics can cause this problem. "When I asked him when it would go away, he said, "I don't know." When I asked him again if the jaw disorder would be cured by the end of the orthodontic treatment, he said, "It is possible, but there are many reasons for the jaw disorder. " I am not a professional, but I feel like someone doesn't want to be responsible for the final. I can't even open my mouth as much as I can because it's hurt, chewing is also accompanied by popping sounds, and this problem has seriously affected my daily life. 4. He said he would treat the protruding mouth when we talk about the treatment at the beginning; however, when I told the dentist I still has protruding mouth at my last appointment, he said he didn't say that at the beginning and told me my protruding mouth is not serious. How ridiculous for a person to go-to orthodontic treatment for almost four years and then still have a protruding mouth that even centrals off the middle line of the face. I have two teeth that are hard to move, and after I knew the teeth didn't move, I still needed to finish the rest of my braces, which is why I still haven't finished my orthodontic treatment for almost four years. Every time you get your braces done, the treatment cycle is fixed. In other words, the moment you get your braces, all the rest of your problems are reserved for the next round of braces redo, maybe a year or two. 5. I asked the office to send me a copy of my treatment information. The dentist asked me to sign the paperwork requesting the transfer of my dental treatment records; I emailed the paper that I signed to the office, but no response at all. Eventually, I gave up, and even now, I have not been able to get my dental treatment records. 6. In the beginning, I had asked about the difference between traditional braces and Invisalign braces. The dentist strongly recommended Invisalign and told me that the difference was not much, the same price, the same result, and the same time. Nearly four years of orthodontic experience shows that doing Invisalign is easy money; that's why even a 20% discount is willing to do because it's a lot of profits in the program. When your teeth do not move, the responsibility will be on you; the dentist will question you if you have worn them for enough time; I changed from three meals a day to two meals a day to wear them for enough time, 22 hours per day, but the teeth that are difficult to move are still not moving. The dentist will not tell you that it is the limitation of Invisalign; it is very difficult for rotating teeth. My college will be ending soon, and the dentist is unsure when I will be done with orthodontics treatment; if I move to another state, I don't know what I can do for this situation. Hopefully, the dentist will take my case seriously in the fourth round.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Milestone! I have worked with him for a little over a year and a half and every moment of my journey was so exciting and so fun! I have grown to admire his work and I will truly miss him! Thanks to him I have an amazing and straight smile!!! Thanks Dr Milestone

I don't recommend this office! The dentist has a lot of patients in the office, and he just gives everyone a few minutes! It's not worth it to pay for him!

My experience with this office has been an excellent one. My dentist referred and I have been more than pleased. I believe they have gone far and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Doctor and staff are incredibly pleasant. I would definitely recommend this office and without a doubt would return if I needed to!

The best dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Milestone is kind, patient and explains everything in a way that calms your nerves. The office staff is excellent. Friendly and welcoming as well as efficient and patient explaining everything. In a word amazing!

When I go to Dr. Milestone, I never have to wait. They are very prompt and very personable. All of the assistants are polite and thorough. My visits are actually enjoyable! If there is any question I have, I can assure you that I always get a response or call back. I would definitely recommend for adults and children.

I've been going here for about 2 years and my smile has completely changed!!! Even when covid hit, they still found a way to accommodate for everyone's needs. If you want to have the best smile, this is the place!!
