I don't know what is going on with this location... But the Front office needs an overhaul that girl up front is a mess.. She is rude and unprofessional. Since the other front office person went to another location I have a very uneasy feeling about this one.

Would not recommend this dentist to anyone. They misdiagnosed my cavities as enamel breakdown. They ended up putting bonding right over these areas, which ended up making them that much worse because the decay was getting worse underneath, and I couldn't see it. Once I went to a new dentist a couple years later, the cavities were at the point of needing root canal's. They were cavities just like I suspected, not enamel breakdown, and what could've been a small simple filling, turned into a very large expensive painful process. Putting bonding directly over decay without actually removing that decay is probably one of the worst things you can do.

There is not enough I can say about Miles of Smiles. When I take my two toddlers there, they are always so kind and caring. My kids have never feared being there because of the demeanor of the entire staff, and how inviting everyone is. I also get my teeth cleaned there, and they are so accommodating to my schedule and needs as a Mom of three. They do great work, and I highly recommend them!

They advertise they take kids, but won't actually see kids unless an adult family member also goes there. They need to add a disclaimer on their website.

They were absolutely great about working with my toddlers. Kept them happy as much as possible while still doing the job. Gave info about cups to use and habits to form now that I wouldn't have thought to ask.

Something that is hard to admit and not easy to confess to medical professionals is the likely hood of me passing out when I receive needles. I mean, let's face it, it's embarrassing. I hate when it happens, and it's not pleasant to say the least. If I could control it, I would. It's unfortunately something that just continuously happens to me throughout my life. Usually Dentists or Medical professionals dismiss my concern of fainting with needles. Making me feel unheard and feeling somewhat like it's a joke to them. It's not a great feeling, and makes me discouraged to receive treatment I would otherwise receive. Well, for the first time in my 35 years this was not the case at Miles of Smiles. I told the DMD Anthony Manfredi how I always pass out, and he didn't make me feel guilty, stupid, or unheard. He helped me through it, and made me feel comfortable. I actually didn't pass out either this time. I was amazed at what a difference him hearing me and being attentive made. I can't not recommend DMD Anthony Manfredi and Miles of Smiles enough. Especially if you're like me, and needles are an obstacle to your healthcare. Amazing people, amazing work, and amazing atmosphere. Thank you for making a difficult time much, much easier.

I had a four month window with two insurance companies to have work done. The dentist continually didn't follow through with insurance companies and I ended up not being able to get the work done Because they took so long. Then I had car trouble' and missed an appointment and they send you a bill for $50 even though you make a make up appointment. If you're looking for a dentist that cares about your health and well-being you may want to keep looking. Their great until you have issueS then you really see their true colors.

Worst service ever!! I come in because of a small cavity in one wisdom tooth and dentist tries to convince me to remove ALL FOUR OF MY PERFECT WISDOM TEETH! He said that there was nothing wrong with mine, and that it's just to prevent future problems. I told him that I'd consider it but for now I'd like a regular filling. He refused, saying that he doesn't do filings in wisdom teeth. I spoke to management and they said they'd give me a different dentist, and made an appointment for me. Today I received a letter from them that my appointment was canceled and that are refusing to treat me and that I should go somewhere else. Worst customer service ever!

I have been cavity-prone all my life. Dr. Samaan is the first dentist who is able to fill cavities with NO pain during ANY part of the process. After my first appointment with him (during which, if I recall, he filled two cavities) I decided he's an angel posing as a dentist and I'll never get fillings from anyone else! I had a crown replaced recently and here's his process: numb the area with gel on a swab, then wait a few minutes, then novocaine shot, wait a few more minutes, then begin. (With other dentists the process has always been just novocaine shot and then begin the work within a minute of it.) He asked throughout the process if I needed a break, which I didn't because there was no pain. I did once see a different dentist at this same practice, and she handled the filling the same way as previous dentists always have and not the way Dr. Samaan does, so after that I requested to always have him do it. This may have changed since then and perhaps other dentists are now taught "his way" but I don't know. In addition, he prescribed a stronger fluoride toothpaste for me, and I haven't had a new cavity since using it. Why no dentist had done this before I don't know. The hygienists I see for cleanings here are great too.

I have not been to the dentist in a VERY long time. I was nervous but the hygienist was beyond amazing. She did not make me feel bad what so ever for not being seen in so long. She explained everything that she was going to do and made sure to tell me that if i was in pain she would stop! The whole experience was great! I highly recommend them!

Recently expanded and redecorated (looks so nice!) dental office with great, friendly staff. I've been taking my son here for 7 years now, recommended by my mom, and I love how welcomed we feel walking through the door.

The service and quality of dentistry are fantastic, so much so that I continue to come here even though it's out of network. The entire staff is amazing. Highly recommend.
