I can not say enough good things about this place!! My son is 5 and is always bit nervous about doctor visits but the moment we get here he calms right down. The staff is so friendly and patient. Wendy and Dr. LaTulippe are phenomenal! They have a play room with all types of video games which is super helpful when waiting (ever though we never have to wait past our appt time). Any concerns I have ever had are always addressed and explained thoroughly. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I absolutely would. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you to all the staff, Wendy and Dr. LaTulippe for your dedication and work.

my sons 2nd time going and he's two and he loves it! they made his first experience so good that he was so excited for his second trip. the staff is amazing and they do a great job with making my son feel safe and i love how the explain everything to him before doing it! love this office!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! they schedule appts for you and then cancel them without calling you to inform you. They refused to see us being 10 mins late even after calling and telling them we were almost there and they said no problem. The front desk does not know what they are doing and need more training.

I took my 5 year old daughter here today for her fillings, she has been here previously twice without me. This was my first time visiting the office and staff. I felt that I was extremely let down by the experience, but put on a smiling face for my daughter who was already nervous (as most kids are). Initially, I was impressed with the speedy admittance into our appointment and the friendly interior. But, as soon as the doctor entered the room and my daughter expressed she was scared over and over he eventually told her that she wouldn't receive a prize after if she continues her behavior. He also mentioned to her he wouldn't show her the tools at all if she kept asking (she was asking over and over if she could see them because she had told me in the car ride it would make her feel better if she could see them). Once she was able to calm down and they began the fillings, the doctor began to talk to his assistant about how he was on a boat recently and being flirted with by a girl the same age as his daughter (I assume she's not much older then me). I felt uncomfortable and awkward as to why this was being brought up, in front of me and my daughter. I'm extremely disappointed because my partner came to this doctor as a child and had nothing but good things to say about the doctor. Now that I had this experience with our daughter, my partner immediately agreed that we send her to a new dentist. I'm a social worker and felt there were multiple red flags involving a lack professionalism that the doctor should have at all times in front of patients and parents. I feel that my concerns are valid because I decided to read other reviews and they also expressed the same concerns or situations happening to them/their children.

I've been bringing my 2 daughters here since they were toddlers and they are now teenagers. They always look forward to going to their 6 month appointments. Dr. LaTulippe has a great fun & positive personality. He interacts with his patients on their level so they understand the importance of keeping their teeth clean and still shows an interest in their personal lives. He makes them feel special by asking about their dance competitions, hockey and FFA classes. It's always a pleasure to see the fabulous staff and their happy smiling faces. We always have a pleasant experience with Dr. LaTulippe and his office!

Wendy and all the staff and dentist were phenomenal!!! They truly took care of my daughter when she was panicking and got her to be extremely comfortable and at ease on top of actually having fun when it was all said and done she went from tears to smiles! Yes thank you Dr. LaTulippe and staff for taking care of my baby girl! I recommend anyone to go and trust your child in their hands!!!!!!

My granddaughter was here today and she was very rude to my granddaughter. I would highly recommend you work on your bedside manners if you specialize in kids. I would not recommend them at all. This is horrible!

The experience we had here for our toddler's first cleaning was amazing. Initially, I was apprehensive since we have trouble brushing our LO's teeth or getting him to sit still for a haircut, etc., but Dr. LaTulippe and Kelly (the dental hygienist) made the whole experience a blast for him! Kelly is an absolute professional who has a natural knack for interacting with children in order to accomplish a difficult task, such as cleaning a three-year-old's teeth with dental tools. I was so impressed with how accommodating she was and how much fun our son had during the entire cleaning experience. In addition, Dr. LaTulippe was fantastic! While doing his exam, he sang the ABCs and intermittently provided dental feedback for Kelly and her team to record in our son's dental chart. The visit was truly a sight to behold, and our son has been talking about it all day long.

I cannot say enough great things about this team! My daughter has extreme anxiety surrounding any type of dentistry. This group of professionals not only put her completely at ease, they helped coach her on the proper way to brush and floss. From the game room to the token at the end she now LOVES the dentist. Do yourself a favor and send your kids here!! PS: don't forget to ask to see the incredible Koi pond out back!

We've been here twice with our littles and they've been so wonderful with them. Kearstin was especially sweet to our son with anxiety about the dentist! Highly recommend.

My not quite 4 year old had been to the dentist one other time but with a recent move to this area, we were looking to get her established and we took a chance on Dr. LaTulippe's office based on reviews and the images of the office. I am so glad we did! My kiddo was so nervous but the staff was so amazing with her, they all put her at ease very quickly. Kearstin, the hygienist who cleaned her teeth, was absolutely phenomenal. Both her and Dr. Louis explained directly to her what they were doing every step of the way, in kid-friendly language, to make it less scary. My daughter left smiling from ear-to-ear and was telling everyone to look at her sparkly, shiny teeth the rest of the afternoon. We look forward to many years with Dr. LaTulippe and his wonderful staff! Thank you so much!

First of all, Amelia is the world's best receptionist. She is always so cheerful, kind, and helpful. I also love that we never have to wait more than five minutes or so before we are seen. The place is always clean and the kids love the old school arcade room and getting a coin afterwards. The dentist and hygienists are personable and efficient. All around great experience.

I went here for a cleaning and didn't like the atmosphere or staff, so i tried to find a new dentist that took my insurance, unfortunately i was unsuccessful. I went back yesterday just for him to make me feel bad about myself after telling me I had cavities I hadn't taken care of from the previous visit, because I didn't want to go back there but in the end had no other choice. He told me I was "too old" to be going there (I turned 17 two months ago). I'm still a child going to a pediatric dentist. He told me he wouldn't take me back anymore and that I had to find a new dentist, and didn't give me a chance to say a word. I was crying leaving my cleaning. There's no need for a pediatric dentist to be so rude and careless.

Dr. Louis and Wendy are awesome. My 8 year old needed to get some work done yesterday and they both made the scary experience easier and as relaxed as you can get, considering the circumstance. They explained what they were doing as they were doing it, which helps ease the anxiety of not knowing. I really appreciated that. On top of the excellent manners, Dr. Louis did an outstanding job. Very impressive! I highly recommend this team!

Dr. Louis and Wendy were so great. My 6 year old had to have a tooth pulled and he was in great pain. All the staff treated us kindly with respect. The Doctor was so amazing with my son, who was scared. I will only go here now with my kids. They also have a beautiful facility with an arcade!
