I was afraid of the dentist but dr miles I so nice and caring you can't find people like him around very much I'll keep seeing him

He started out really good with me but the last visit was ine u will not firget he was nad at me fir hollering in pain!!! Never gave me a courtesy call like before and told me never to holler out like that again well im sorry it hurt.excuse me fir being in pain

He worked a miracle on my teeth !! I've been turned down for braces al my life and wanted them bad. But he took me in , they are affordable and every time there is a problem I just call and he fixes it ! Even when he pulled my wisdom teeth, he called my phone to check on my well-being. He has a couple of nurses that are nice (the one not to long ago had a baby I love heerrrrr) , it's on nurse who is rude and don't even know how to do most of the ortho work (like stop if you don't know how it hurts and I'll bite you on purpose!) the nurses at the reception I love them !! They always work my appointments around my work schedule ! Overall I absolutely love this dentist office and have recommended a few friends to go here for teeth cleaning , wisdom teeth pulling, and the whole nine !

I went to dr miles for a filling that was falling out. They did an xray of my problem area and found one of my fillings was partially out and another was about to come out. They did an estimate and I was like great let's get this fixed. I did not know until right before they put the gas on me that he was removing a wisdom tooth as well which WASNT EVEN BOTHERING ME. I was also not deadened completely when he pulled said tooth. Almost a week later I'm still in a fair amount of pain so I call a different dentist(bc there was no way I was going back to this barbaric hack) and they tell me I can make an appt but depending on what he filed on my insurance they may not cover any procedures. So I call my insurance company and come to find out I have a $50 deductible and they charged me $126 after insurance. So. 1 they overcharged me. 2 he did an unnecessary extraction. 3 apparently doesn't know how to apply lidocaine correctly. BOTTOM LINE.....FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST.

My experience with Dr. Joe Miles was wonderful. The staff was very friendly. They made my dental visit and dental procedure very soothing and comfortable. I personally enjoyed watching the natural scene of the Bee hive outside, while getting my dental work done.

My experience has not been in the dental office but on another level of business, Dr. Miles on my opinion is maintains the same integrity in whatever he does.
