My entire family loves Dr. Gregory and we always recommend Miles For Smiles when someone is new in town (although they are booked and recruiting more dentists). They have great sliding scales for low income self pay patients also. You can really tell Dr. Gregory is there to make an impression and teach children and families how to better care for their teeth.

Had a root canal done, was told to come back in a month or so to have a Crown put on, when I try to return within that time frame there is no longer any dentist that puts on Crowns.

Absolutely a horrible place, if I could rate 0 I would! They removed too much off a cavity, then they sent to Jordan Valley for a root canal. They couldn't do a root canal so we had to wait for atleast a month and I was in unbearable pain. Well they ended up having to remove it even though it was there fault for taking too much off. Definitely don't recommend!

This place is horrible. They messed up my filling and I had to go back 3 times in 2 weeks. Upon returning a couple months later, they were going to "fix" the filling but I could still feel the shots they were giving me in my mouth. I will never be going back to this place. I gave them multiple chances to fix what they messed up and i still cant chew on the right side of my mouth. This place sucks!

Let me start by saying, "what a joke." I had made two of my children appointments for cleanings back in January after being told they had one dentist in our network. Booked the appointment, came in and a side from being very impersonal with my children, got charged for the appointment and have since questioned the billing. Not having much of a choice booked my one child for an appointment for a filling today bc they had her xrays and was unable to get into our choice of office until Sept. Come in, and am told that they were NOT in network at the time of initial visit. WOW Then was told today's visit would be covered 100%. After more discussion and confusion relating initial visit, front desk called billing ONLY to tell me they are still not in network. DBL WOW....all the while we are here for a filling and she tells me that today's (cleaning) would be 37$ I strongly advise this place to be proceeded with caution and extensive questioning of services and billing. Smh

Went in to have a tooth extracted and they didn't do anything right I still have bone or tooth broke off and ulcer from there utensils to work on your mouth and in horrible pain they didn't take me serious when I went back up there now in the urgent care with infection do Not go to this place they are horrible and only after ur paycheck

Great place, great dentists and staff. Would have been five stars but they will not let you go back with your young children.

First time I went in I was prescribed medicine for an infection and told to come back. The first time I experienced a lot of judgement and the lady looking at my tooth was VERY rude. When I went back I had other people and the dentist pulled my tooth out. He was so sweet and considerate and made me feel calm and was patient with me as I was having a very rough time. I do believe his name was Mr. Bear. I would definitely recommend him for the best experience possible.

Say they offer plans for poorer family's, but this will still cost you immensely, I chose to rip my tooth out instead of goto them because of their poor business practices.

This was my daughters first visit here and the front desk staff was great no problems there. The dental assistant or hygienist was decent. Dr. Gregory on the other hand was very judgmental and rude when speaking to me about my daughter. If your kiddos have a few teeth that need fixing prepare to be judged by her. I was there to find the problem and get it fixed which didnt happen at that office. I do not reccomend this place and will not be taking my children back.

Had a great experience after having two terrible experiences with Aspen dental. The staff was great and figured out the problem quickly and got it fixed. Highly recommend them!

The dentist is very friendly and has wonderful bedside manner. The hygienist was ok. She seemed overwhelmed by her day, and expressed her frustration. Patients don't want to hear your problems. The children are nervous enough. The hold time whenever I call is always unacceptable. They also changed the appointment time making a two hour gap in between children. If you decide to use this office, prepare yourself for long wait times and a lengthy visit.

Our previous visits were great. However, because of this last one we will not be returning. The dental assistant was an older lady, named Kathy I believe (her name tag was turned around), and she was trying to take xrays of my daughters teeth. Kathy was VERY impatient, not understanding, she kept looking at me with attitude expecting me to get onto my child for not liking the uncomfortable paper she's shoving in her mouth, she seemed aggressive holding her mouth shut to get the picture, she had my daughter in TEARS because of this process so then she THREATENED my daughter that if she didn't let her take these pictures she was going to make me go to the waiting room. I can't even imagine what horrible things she would have done to my child if I left the room. ZERO chance that was happening. Even though the rest of the staff that we've seen has seemed nice I can't and I won't bring myself to take her back to Miles for Smiles.
