I wish I could give a better review to the facility. The staff seemed to be nice and helpful. What scared me away was the waiting time. I was scheduled at 1:30 PM so I came at 1:26 to fill in the paperwork. It's been 2 years since I was in a dental office so I understood that the clinic was packed and decided to wait patiently for 30 minnutes. The staff said the equipment was cleaned so I waited another 30 mins to be roomed, then waited one more hour after the X-ray. I had to leave for my class and did not have a chance to go through the procedure. I am sure they are great at their jobs, but there was no privacy between the patient's space where dentists do the procedure. Everyone can hear about my dental issues as clear as I can hear theirs. All of the staff were nice to me, it is only because the place is understaffed, and someone who is scheduled should be notified if they have to wait for more than 30 mins. As a fellow medical worker I understand the struggles of having too many patients in a tight schedule, but I will not be able to comeback to this facility again.

I really like this place especially for a first time visit here. I was able to get the majority of what I needed done all at once with every high quality work. Brought my wife and 2 sons and we were able to have our teeth done while watching movies. They were very family oriented , nice to our boys. They went above and beyond for what my teeth needed instead of just doing the usual get you in and out to do the next clients. My teeth look so nice!

I went to this dental office to get assistance for severe pain and an infection I had on my left upper jaw. I was told by this doctor that she could help me and that everything would be covered under my insurance, besides one crown that I may need after my wisdom tooth extraction- later after the extraction. Not only was it clear that things were to be covered by my insurance but not to worry. I had such pain after this doctor ended up removing my wisdom tooth and doing a root canal on the tooth next to it (dentist after this place, expressed i had extensive trauma to my mouth after healing). She also ended up charging my CareCredit for services that are covered by my insurance, and for additional charges for services that had not been completed. I found out after the charged, they apparently asked me to fill out paperwork and received my signature and payment options while I was under distress/anesthesia (or as Dr. A.N calls it the "twilight drug"). I also clearly stated before I had any work done, that I did not want anything done that would not be covered by my insurance, the doctor and the dental assistant agreed that is fine. When I called to bring aware of the charges/issues, they had mentioned that they had done incorrect x-rays and uncompleted forms, that was supposed to be sent into the insurance. So at their request, I went in to finish x-rays and follow through with my end, in order for them to complete their work to be turned into insurance company, that they were supposed to do two weeks prior. I then found out that they tried to make additional charges for work that had not been discussed or even done. I already had $2212 on my CareCredit for work that should've been covered by my insurance as well as an attempt of a $3118 charge (that was denied due to it being past my credit limit and for any work NOT done). When I went to discuss the situation I asked how my credit card actually came in the hands of the assistant in the office...she changed her answer several times, and said that it was handed to her not telling me by who. But change the story that it was confirmed by the person who brought me in to the office?? They try to blame my grandmother for making choices as a non-card holder for unauthorized charges on my card- which did not happen. This charge of over $2000, part of it for work and services that have not even been completed, and or authorized (not covered by insurance). I'm now working between a credit card company, insurance Conlin, and the Dental Board due to this fraud like and malpractice behavior that had occurred during my visit. It's very concerning that "professionals" would willing to take advantage of someone who is under anesthesia to fill out paperwork and ask for payment options- and make unauthorized charges. I'm not sure if the doctor would fully agree on what had occurred due to her assistance being the ones to complete the paperwork and take my information while under distress. But when I went to discuss the situation, to talk to the doctor, the front desk refused me and my now dentist any access to receiving any of my records or even figure out a resolution. The staff that were running the desk that answered, were very unprofessional, aggressive, and manipulative. There were other staff members that I had encountered that were very kind for helping me finish my x-rays (the ones that were done improperly first round), I think this has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist. It's hard to feel that you're supposed to be able to trust a "professional," and later find out that you were taking advantage of and even feel violated at the end of your visits. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Especially for those who are considered a lower income or may not be considered financially or insurance literate for these type of situations, if it is surgery or just to get a simple filling. I noticed that there are other negative reviews and the responses by this office, saying that these people are not in there records, or the same person. They probably are real.

Dr. Nguyen fixed my worn down teeth. She made me two Crowns that fit well and it was painless. She also made me a Night Guard for my teeth grinding and I can have better sleep with no jaw pain. I highly would refer my friends and family to her Dental practice. The staff is nice and friendly.

Very horrible customer service. Dr with whole face of Botox. She always late for her appointment without an apology. Bad attitude. She pays google to filter out all negative review about her. Don't fall for the trap

I have had two procedures done with great success. No bruising, very little swelling. In total I had six implants placed and the bottom ones were very difficult job to do, with gentle hands and a lot of skills, Dr Anisha Nguyn got it done! Very impressed!

Had two root canals done and was very impressed by how little it has hurt afterwords. The procedure itself was quick and painless, and the dr. anisha was very professional and accommodating.
