Dr. Malcolm Boone opened the first Mile High Dental & Implant Center location in 1979 in Denvers Uptown neighborhood. His vision is to offer complete dental and implant services in a relaxed, comfortable, patient-friendly environment. Dr. Malcolm Boone was one of the, if not the first, dental and implant centers in Denver offering general services in one location. He soon realized that offering more than one location would help make an already great concept even more convenient for his patients. Today our team continues to specialize in implants and our board certified team includes prosthodontists who have specialized training to reconstruct a dental patients mouth with dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures. Mile High Dental & Implant Centers houses state of the art 3D CAT Scan X-ray machines in each one of our four locations. 3D CAT Scan X-ray machines are one of the essential items to providing all-in-one dental implant services. Our dentists skillfully place all dental implants via advanced computer imaging systems. This allows exact placement of any dental implant procedure that is completed.
Onsite dental labs allow us to control the quality of our dental work. Dental offices without onsite labs depend on offsite labs that are often in another state, or another country. Not only does this allow for mistakes through miscommunication, but also the quality of the lab tech and the quality of the materials used.
Our highly trained dental techs work closely with our dental implant dentists to create custom fixed teeth for implants & dentures. Only the highest quality materials are used to ensure a beautiful smile in each and every case.
From general dentistry to board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgery, to prosthodontics, our team is ready to provide the personalized spectrum of care you need, all at one of our four convenient Colorado locations.
Prosthodontists are dentists with an additional 3 to 4 years of specialized training to reconstruct a dental patients mouth with dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures. Denver has only 10 prosthodontists, and of those, only a small number complete full mouth reconstructions with dental implants, which includes our very own Dr. Ted Hauschildt, and Dr. Ailar Bagherdaei.
Dr. Ted Hauschildt specializes in dental crowns, bridges and veneers. Dr. Ailar Bagherdai received her specialty certificate in prosthodontics after a vigorous 3-year program in fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics.

I have to be totally honest. The staff and the Dr. Are top notch. Their office is clean and very calming and the atmosphere puts one at ease. What I set out to accomplish just didn't happen and it was not their fault. I came a long way to be turned away for a referral. I saw the the surgeon himself and he was nice and respectful about telling me he couldn't help me with a sheet of paper. Very top notch. Nicest office and staff I've ever been around.

I had a situation that I was hoping they could bring to a quick resolution. They really delivered for me too! I made an appointment and they were able to get me in and resolve my issue the same day. Magnificent is what I'd say if only allotted one word. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I made the right decision. The vibe was pleasant and vibrant. I was immediately acknowledged and spent two minutes on some paperwork. I then sat for only another two minutes before being seen. Two minutes??? I still can't believe it. An incredibly wonderful person began with my options and the dentist walked in just to introduce himself and said he'd see me soon. We went over finances and off to x-rays. As soon as x-rays were done the dentist appeared and reviewed them with me. He honestly explored options and a plan for my needs was decided. No pressure, no tactics, nothing. Just as soon as that, I was being prepped for my new mouth. Thank you Mile High, you're bringing my smile back.

My aunt went here recently for new dentures. She has had great experiences with this company in the past, but this time was very different. She was charged $4500 for the new dentures, already a steep increase from the $1500 she spent on her last ones. Then, the dentures didn't event fit! When she alerted the dentist about this, my aunt was told that nothing could be done. No refund, no discount, nothing. The cost was detrimental enough, but now she can't even eat comfortably.

Great service the only reason I'm giving the 4 stars is because after me telling them my name 4 times and write on the applications they still got it wrong I did not get my teeth fix with due to fact was out my price range but over all service was good. doctor was nice and knowledgable thank you

Nice office and staff are very friendly and professional. Except in the communication department for some reason. 3 times I was told that I would hear back from them later that day and never got a call. Called and left message requesting a call back. Again no call. I don't know what happened but not good in my book. I was unhappy with my denture that I got that was supposed to last 15 plus years. Denture broke twice in first 90 days. Yes they offered to remake it. That would have been another 8 weeks to do. So I requested a refund. I have not gotten my refund and I suspect I never will. I will not return to nor will I recommend this business EVER!

Very thorough and professional. It took slightly longer than anticipated, but that's probably because I had to fill out a full medical history. Love having it in Lakewood. Saved me a long drive.
