Dr. Malcolm Boone opened the first Mile High Dental & Implant Center location in 1979 in Denvers Uptown neighborhood. His vision is to offer complete dental and implant services in a relaxed, comfortable, patient-friendly environment. Dr. Malcolm Boone was one of the, if not the first, dental and implant centers in Denver offering general services in one location. He soon realized that offering more than one location would help make an already great concept even more convenient for his patients. Today our team continues to specialize in implants and our board certified team includes prosthodontists who have specialized training to reconstruct a dental patients mouth with dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures. Mile High Dental & Implant Centers houses state of the art 3D CAT Scan X-ray machines in each one of our four locations. 3D CAT Scan X-ray machines are one of the essential items to providing all-in-one dental implant services. Our dentists skillfully place all dental implants via advanced computer imaging systems. This allows exact placement of any dental implant procedure that is completed.
Onsite dental labs allow us to control the quality of our dental work. Dental offices without onsite labs depend on offsite labs that are often in another state, or another country. Not only does this allow for mistakes through miscommunication, but also the quality of the lab tech and the quality of the materials used.
Our highly trained dental techs work closely with our dental implant dentists to create custom fixed teeth for implants & dentures. Only the highest quality materials are used to ensure a beautiful smile in each and every case.
From general dentistry to board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgery, to prosthodontics, our team is ready to provide the personalized spectrum of care you need, all at one of our four convenient Colorado locations.
Prosthodontists are dentists with an additional 3 to 4 years of specialized training to reconstruct a dental patients mouth with dental implants, crowns, bridges, veneers, or dentures. Denver has only 10 prosthodontists, and of those, only a small number complete full mouth reconstructions with dental implants, which includes our very own Dr. Ted Hauschildt, and Dr. Ailar Bagherdaei.
Dr. Ted Hauschildt specializes in dental crowns, bridges and veneers. Dr. Ailar Bagherdai received her specialty certificate in prosthodontics after a vigorous 3-year program in fixed, removable, and implant prosthodontics.

The office and dental personnel were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Appointment was accomplished on time and without pain. Personnel gave in depth briefing prior to and after the appointment, as to what to expect and what to do and contact if I should have any difficulties. I would not hesitate to recommend this office and business to anyone.

I usually don't write reviews, but Dr. Ted is an absolute lifesaver! I cannot stop talking about him! This Thursday, I ran into Mile High Denture & Implant for an emergency visit. My teeth had been hurting to the point where I couldn't eat or sleep for days. Despite this, my current Dentist decided it wasn't alarming enough to see me until the very end of the week earliest. The pain had gotten so bad, that I couldn't even put soft foods in my mouth. Enough was enough and I decided I would just pull out any teeth ailing me. When I got there, Dr. Ted saw me and told me he wouldn't pull my teeth, but would try to alleviate the pain by shaving down the tooth that was causing the issue. Once he was done, he told me to go and eat as soon as I got home. And I ate and ate! The only slight pain I have now is in the injection site for the numbing process. I am so glad I went to this office!

Thank you Mona for the phone call this morning. Mona eased my mind and made me feel very comfortable about getting my teeth fixed and getting replacement teeth to improve my smile. As a traumatic Brian injury survivor suffering emergency brain surgery, hemorrhage in 3 lobes of my brain and skull fractured in 4 places 13 years, alot of my teeth were also fractured and needed removed. Dr. Hauschildt at Mile High Dental is the most skilled prosthodontist I have ever found; I haven't considered going to anyone else in years and years (~20)! I finally had a all-on-four arch implanted a few years ago and couldn't be happier.

Totally qualified if they took my insurance, asked specifically about my particular plan on the phone - before making an appointment. After an hour and a half in the place, they decide they don't take my insurance. Wasted my time awaiting the appointment and didn't investigate further, and wasted my time in the chair, the last place I wish to waste time!!

Everyone from front desk to the dentist we saw were very friendly and professional. It was a great experience. Now we have to decide if we wish to spend the money which truly has nothing to do with Mile Hi Dental & Implants. If we had known about them 20 yes ago no problem on the money.

Hour and 15 minutes late for new appointment, way too chatty about them selves, when I asked to move on to X-rays and diagnosis due to the lateness of the appointment bit of an attitude. Difficulty understanding the quote when I asked for clarification more attitude. Prices were high. Am going elsewhere

Mile High Dental Lakewood is the place to go if you need or want a perfect smile and the ability to eat what ever you like. The people make the place. They are from the lady at the front desk, all the way up to the doctors professional, courteous and they stand by their product. It might sound odd, but I enjoy my visits. Good Folks.
