Dr. Mitin received his DDS in 2009 from one of the best dental schools in the world University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Dr. Mitin has been serving in the US Army and has been a Captain in the US Army Reserves since 2013.
With a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, implant restoration, smile design and Invisalign (dozens of successful cases), Dr. Mitin remains up-to-date with latest technologies and treatments by taking CE courses for dental implants and digital dentistry.
One of the most fulfilling things about being a dentist is combining art and science using my hands and mind to help create confidence and self-esteem in others. I love the one to one relationship that I have with my patients as we discuss a treatment plan that will provide them with the best possible dental care for a healthier smile.

Wonderful experience! Staff is professional and caring; doctors are knowledgeable and accommodating- they gave me options to choose from and laid out any out-of-pockets costs upfront. Appointments were on time with no excess waiting. Highly recommended!!

Very clean office. Dr. Bhatia is very knowledgeable and has advanced dental skills. He makes you feel comfortable and at home. The office staff is very pleasant and courteous.

Very professional establishment. They send out text messages to remind of appointments and I like that. All the staff is very kind and the doctor takes his time to explain the whole picture. I never feel rushed or pressured into anything. Only place I go in Fresno.

I don't like going to the dentist, but who does? I had one of the best experiences so far. The staff is friendly and doctor is very well knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place

I seriously loved it! They were seriously so patient with my kids when I had to go back alone! I'm a sahm and have no sitters so I'm always on edge and scared about taking them places and people getting irritated with them cause once I'm not around they can get a bit rambunctious. Also, the time spent back there for my x rays and Dr review and all was a reasonable amount of time! Totally recommend!

I've gotten all of my dental needs done at Milburn Dental since they first opened. They have great staff and they're very friendly. The work they do is thorough. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient for a little over a year and I really appreciate the kindness and patience of the staff here. I have a difficult time handling my anxiety while at the dentist because of bad previous experience, but here, the environment is very calm and clean and they let you watch Netflix or listen to your headphones while they work. The techs are great and so are the dentists, they are professional and always check to make sure you're still numb and notice when you start feeling uncomfortable and try to help. I think the costs are super affordable with my insurance (Delta dental) and they offer monthly/yearly care plans for those without dental insurance. The front desk staff are super friendly also and very helpful.

Great dentistry! I recently went in with several cavities and old metal fillings that needed replacing. Dr Mitin Bhatia replaced them all and took care of my cavities. He also did his best to care for my teeth so that I wouldn't need root canals or extractions. He ended up putting two crowns on my teeth. The colors match my teeth really well. I'm happy for the new smile he gave me. His staff was accommodating to my work schedule. They scheduled my appointments so that my insurance would cover as much of the expenses as possible. I had a lot of dental work done so I did have to pay a lot more than what I would have wanted, but it's worth it.
