Our Dental Hygienists earn over 60 hours of continuing education each year in order to provide you with the most excellent care possible.
Teri is a graduate of Oregon Health Sciences University of Dentistry class of 1998. Teri has been with me the longest, in fact I knew Teri when she was in high school. She used to work at the first office I ever worked at here in Portland. As fate, and luck, would have it she would work for me many years later.
Teri and her husband Tim have two children, a boy and a girl. Teri loves spending time at the beach with them. Teri is also a local girl growing up in SE Portland. Teri is a great hygienist with a gentle touch. Our patients love her and I know you will too.
Angela received her hygiene degree from LaMar University in Beaumont, TX, in 1999. After moving back to the Northwest in 2002, Angela started working with my team and me. Angela is very dedicated to her job, but also brings a great sense of humor. 'I truly love my boss, and co-workers. We have a lot of fun, while remaining dedicated to the Art of Dentistry.' Now that 's job security! Angela is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society.
Angela and her husband Jim have two daughters. She loves reading (when she finds the time), watching movies, and spending time outdoors with her girls. Angela is a native of Washington State, but calls Oregon City her home.
Katie comes to us from Newport, Oregon. She first started working for me in 2001 as a dental assistant, then left to attend hygiene school at Mt. Hood Community College. She graduated with her hygiene degree in 2005. We were very excited to welcome Katie back to our team after graduation.
Stasi received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carroll College, in Helena, Montana. She then went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from West Coast University in Anaheim, California. She graduated cum laude and received academic awards: the research award and the Dean's award, and is a member of the Sigma Phi Alpha National Dental Hygiene Honor Society. She recently completed her Healthcare MBA from Oregon Heath & Science University. While this means she will be able to explore new avenues for herself; she loves being a dental hygienist, and will continue to be chairside seeing patients.
Stasi is recently married to Kenny and in her free time she loves to cook, gardening, spend time with her family, and travel. One of her favorite destinations is the family beach cabin, no matter the season, watching winter storms, or enjoying sunny summer days.
After many years of practicing dental hygiene. I was most fortunate to be hired at Dr. Regan's dental practice. I'm so grateful to all the staff for immediately making me feel like family. I graduated from Portland Community College. I loved dental hygiene since the day I started. In my spare time I love watching my grand children, walking and hiking with my husband and dog Lucca. When I'm not with my family I enjoy quilting, knitting and reading.
Our excellent dental assisting staff will work with you every step of the way during your new patient exam, your bi-annual periodic exam, and will assist in any treatment service that we provide. Their training gives them the opportunity to ensure your comfort during any procedure and act as extra hands for the doctor.
Becky is our lead dental assistant. After starting out as our sterilization assistant, at the tender age of 22, Becky moved into the lead assisting spot. She has an excellent knowledge of dentistry and earns over 30 hours of continuing education each year. Becky has a great sense of humor which works well having to deal with me day in and day out. Becky is great with our patients and has a way of making everyone feel at ease in the dental chair. Becky has been my 'right-hand person' since 2000.
Becky also married her high school sweetheart, Ben, and they have 3 children; two daughters and one son. When Becky finds time away from dentistry and motherhood, she loves Friday Night movie night and enjoying Chinese food. Becky is also a native Oregonian, growing up in SE Portland.
Taylor completes our dental assistant trio. She is an Oregonian born and raised, graduated from Gladstone High School. After joining the team in 2017 as a sterilization assistant, she quickly advanced her skills to be chairside with Dr. Crosby. Taylor brings a fresh and vibrant energy to our office that we all need.
My name is Carol and I have been the patient coordinator for Dr. Regan since 2020. I have 30 years of front office experience. I strive to make sure our patients feel welcome and comfortable, whether in person or over the phone. Away from the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, grandkids and my dog
Tracy has been with the office for over 5 years, and it just seems like yesterday that she started here from a referral that was given to me by a friend. She has brought a ton of experience with her and continues to learn the tricks of the trade to keep my front office running smoothly. Originally from Arizona, shes been in the northwest for almost 20 years where shes raised her 2 kids and loves the outdoors and time in her garden.
Toni comes to our office with over 20 years of dental experience. She worked as a dental technician for 14 years specializing in dental implants. Toni then transitioned to front office as a treatment coordinator helping patients to achieve their dental goals. Toni and her husband have two children. They love spending time together barbecuing and playing yard games.

I attended the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry and received my DMD degree in June of 1988. I continued my dental education with a one year comprehensive General Dentistry Residency in the U.S. Army following my graduation.
From 1989 to 1992, I was stationed in Germany and served in the Gulf War from December 1990 to May of 1991. I spent a total of 6 1/2 years serving my country. My duty stations consisted of Ft. Campbell, KY; Grafenwoehr, Germany; Ft. Sam Houston, TX and Ft. Lewis, WA.
In October of 1994, I started my private dental office in Milwaukie, Oregon. About five years later, I moved to my current location on Lake Road, to serve my patients better with to a much larger work area and state of the art equipment.
I have been placing and restoring dental implants since 1995. I am one of the leading General Dentists in the Milwaukie area treating patients with Invisalign. I am a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, ICOI, AO and two local dental societies.
