Dr. Mike Mysinger, known to his patients as Dr. Mike, was born and raised in Knoxville, TN. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1988 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology, he attended dental school at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1992, Dr. Mike spent two additional years at UT Memphis in a pediatric dentistry post-doctoral program. During his residency, he underwent extensive training at Le Bonheur Children's Hospital, St. Josephs Hospital, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock. After completing his training, Dr. Mike moved back home to Knoxville where he has been in practice since 1994. Dr. Mike is currently a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Dental Association (ADA), the Second District Dental Society, American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association, and the Tennessee Dental Association (TDA). He is on staff at East Tennessee Childrens Hospital (ETCH) and Childrens West Surgery Center (CWSC). He is the past President of the 2nd District Dental Society and in May 2016, he received the Fellowship Award from the Tennessee Dental Association in recognition of his outstanding service and dedication to the profession of dentistry. Dr. Mike is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and will be inducted into the International College of Dentists in 2019. He is also a Fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy.
In his spare time, Dr. Mike loves spending time with his wife Stacey, who is a Registered Dental Hygienist, and their daughter Ella. He also enjoys tennis, water sports, and traveling with his family. He truly loves his profession and feels fortunate to be able to make a difference in the lives of children. The goal of his office is to provide the highest quality of dental care in a relaxed and comfortable setting.
Michelle G. is an energetic and positive team member that has been a registered dental assistant for over 15 years. She has an Associate Degree in Psychology from UT Chattanooga. She has been the hospital coordinator at Dr. Mysingers office since 2006. Should you need to schedule your child for an out-patient procedure, she will gladly assist you. In addition, she can help with office scheduling and questions regarding insurance policies.
Michelle S. earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from Roane State Community College in May 2000. She has been a hygienist with Dr. Mysinger since 2005. She has always had a passion for helping children and loves being able to work with them on a daily basis.
She has been married to her husband Rex for 23 years and together they enjoy outdoor activities and spending time on the lake with their family and friends. They especially enjoy attending their nieces' and nephews' sporting events. She has a love for animals and has three cats named Roxie, Ruby, and Sam.
Stacey is a 1989 graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in dental hygiene and is a 1998 graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in Business Management. She loves being a dental hygienist and working with children. She feels blessed to be able to work with her husband and being a mom to their beautiful daughter Ella.
Ally graduated from the dental assisting program at TN College of Applied Technology in 2016. She has an Associate of Science Degree from Roane State Community College. She loves working with kids and helping them have a great dental experience at the dentist. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and friends, and her dachshund Bella. She also loves spending time outdoors,shopping, and watching all TN sports and Atlanta Braves baseball.
Brenda graduated in dental assisting from TN College of Applied Technology in 2018. She is truly excited about working in pediatric dentistry with Dr. Mysinger and loves helping the children have a great dental experience. In her free time, she loves playing and coaching girls fast pitch softball, camping, and hanging out with family and friends. She has four wonderful children and four grandchildren whom she adores. She also has a cat named Baker.
Hi! My name is Leah and I have been a dental hygienist for over 30 years and love it!! I worked with Dr. Mike when he first started pediatric dentistry up until he bought this practice. Now, I am back working with him and I couldn't be happier. I live on a farm with my husband Bob, four dogs, and three cats. I enjoy my work and I enjoy working with children and teenagers. Most of the time, I still feel like I am a kid and I try to stay in touch with my inner child as much as possible :)
Ella is the daughter of Dr Mike and his wife, Stacey. She is currently in high school and helps with sterilization along with other things around the office in the summer. She enjoys tennis, spending time with her friends, and playing with her dog, Lulu. She is excited to be a part of the team and is always willing to help.
Hi! I'm Sarah and I am a 2006 graduate of Roane State Community College with a degree in Dental Hygiene. Working with children has always been my dream job. Kids are the most fun patients to work with and I love it!! I married my soul mate and we have four sweet children and three bengal cats. In my spare time, I enjoy going on adventures with my family, traveling out of state to see my big extended family, rock climbing, biking, hiking, and doing anything that makes me laugh.

Haven't visited yet, but the receptionist is very friendly and helpful, getting my daughter set up as a patient.

My son turns super cool at the dentist office. Thank you Dr. Curtiss for the excellent referral. This place is parent friendly, always puts kids first, is super accommodating.

I really can't recommend Dr. Mysinger enough. He is amazing and so patient with the children and the parents. I ask a lot of questions and he is very polite and answers all of my questions and takes his time. There is always a little bit of a wait but when you have a dentist as good as him that is expected. My daughter needed a filling and a cap and she went to her old dentist, he numbed her and when he started drilling my daughter starting crying and saying it hurt, she was 5, so he stopped and said that he wouldn't continue because she couldn't handle it and that she was going to need to schedule at children's hospital to get put to sleep to have her cap and fillings. We did not have that problem with Dr. Mysinger. He was able to give my daughter 2 fillings and 2 caps, and I was just so pleased!! He and his staff are absolutely incredible!

Awesome! My grandson is a special needs little guy and they do everything possible to make him calm and comfortable. We drive approximately 55 mi to be able to visit this office. Everyone there does a terrific job.

Today was my little guys 1st visit. They did wonderful with him. My 9 year old has always went here. I wouldn't recommend any other pediatric dentist. We love this place and are always in good hands. Fantastic customer service!!!

Dr.Mysinger is amazing! My daughter was in for a routine checkup and he found a cavity. Instead of rescheduling us, I asked if he could help, and he fit her in immediately. He's a busy doctor, because he's a good doctor. You can tell he cares about and loves his patients. We have been customers for years and recommend him!

Great experience! All staff were very friendly. We have a daughter with special needs and they were very accommodating. This was her first visit. Dr Mike was really nice and seems very experienced dealing with special needs kiddos.
