Most disrespectful and condescending receptionist I have ever encountered. I sent my college-age son there to get a filling replaced. I do not live there, so the office was sight unseen. The receptionist was trying to tell my son, who was still coming off of nitrous, that he had to pay $154 before leaving. She refused to send me the bill. I called and spoke to her. I have never spoken with a more condescending, arrogant woman in my life. She said I should have known the policy because there is a sign in the office. I wasn't at the office. Then she said my son should have known because he was there in the office. He's a kid on nitrous. She was incredibly rude and condescending and should not be the person in a position to give first impressions.

I'm an army brat and veteran and have been traumatized by military dentist growing up. My anxiety peaks even walking into a dentist office, but this experience has been very refreshing. Dr. Merrell always makes sure I'm not in pain and completely comfortable. I'll be going back to him for sure.

Dr. Mike Merrell is one of the the most trustworthy dentists I have ever met. He always explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. He is a very personable guy. Whitney is extremely kind and she is always happy to be there. They are both awesome people and I would absolutely recommend this place.

Dr. Merrell was fantastic. His staff is on point and they are all very professional. The office is clean and the chairs are comfy. While getting my teeth worked on, I was able to enjoy my choice of shows including Disney+! Dr. Merrell was thorough and very gentle with my mouth. He was able to determine the watch areas, was able to clearly communicate what I needed to do and answered any questions that I had. He was very good with my kids. My daughter needed to have a cavity filled and she was a champ. Doc walked her through what he was going to do and she said she "didn't even get a shot" - he did it that well. Overall, I have 0 complaints. Doc shows that he cares, is honest in his business practices, he doesn't overcharge for things that don't need to be done yet, his staff were fantastic and the office was clean and tidy. One of the best experiences I've had going to a dentist's office.

I have known Dr. Merrell for nearly 10 years, and in that time have found him and his great staff to be the very best! They are consistently friendly, personable and welcoming. Dr. Merrell has also been very accommodating to my scheduling needs over the years to which I am appreciative. I would highly recommend Dr. Merrell to anyone seeking the expertise of a caring and professional Dentist.

Dr. Merrell's dental office is by far my favorite dental office I have been to, ( and I have been to several in different areas including California Utah Montana and Idaho). His staff is very welcoming and knew me by name by the second visit. Dr. Merrell is a very knowledgeable and personable dentist. He does a great job of making his patients feel comfortable and also helps them to know what is happening with their teeth and why he wants do so certain things. I highly recommend Dr. Merrell for any individual or family seeking a Dentist.
