The Doc has done a ton of work in my mouth fixing what others have ruined. He does a GREAT job at a fair price. I won't see anyone else.

I would suggest to find another *accredited* dentist office to go to. There are plenty in the area. Seems like a scummy place - money hungry with no empathy. Retrain your employees on how to handle the most basic of conflicts.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. I have never, NEVER had the kind of wildly unprofessional, uninformed, imprudent treatment from a medical staff of any kind like I experienced at this dilapidated, uninviting "office." I'm struggling to even come to something to compare it to in order to give you a full picture of how horrific this place is and I'm coming up empty. Whatever nightmare customer service experience you've had in the past that's the worst one popping into your mind, triple it. Then triple it again. REST OF REVIEW IN PHOTOS. Couldn't keep it short.

I made an appt in December for a consult. I gave the receptionist all my insurance information and said the Dr was in my network according to human. She had all the time to call my insurance to verify coverage. I get here today to give her the referral and insurance card. She stops me and says your not covered. I said why didn't you call me to let me know so I could cancel and get another dr. She said she just called today because of the holiday. Well it's 10am why didn't you call me as soon as you got that info so I would not have driven here. No sorry nothing but what's ur problem attitude. We can see you if you still want. Uh no not if you don't accept my insurance. I finally got aggravated and she then said so you want to cancel,? I said an apology would be nice for my I convience. She said I did but you were talking over me. I never raised my voice but I did have a discussed tone. OK have a nice day again. Sarcastically. Rude rude rude. Bottom line, she didn't call my insurance, and I did not tell her I had a problem. I know I have an hour so I would never have said it. He might b a good dr, but ill never know because of his rude staff.

Dr. Sanai is good but the lady in charge of billing (Maja) is cunning. I paid $616 for my dental procedure but when the insurance statement came, it showed that I only needed to pay $382.63. I had to argue with Maja for my extra payment to be returned. At one point she said that we had to follow my 2020 insurance payment plan even though the procedure was done in 2021 just to make me pay the whole $616. What kind of reason is that? After I had my dental surgery, I was told to come back for cleaning. I asked if I had to pay for that service and I was told that if I had not had my second cleaning from my regular dentist, then I would not have to pay. Come time for the cleaning, I was asked to pay $86. I asked why and Maja said that they were not doing a regular cleaning but a "perio maintenance" and my insurance was maxed out. I declined the service but Maja said she will still charge me $50 for a "no-show". They will try every means to make money out of you. I was also unhappy with the service because the "perio maintenance" was no different than a regular cleaning. The periodontist didn't even check me after the hygienist did the so-called "perio maintenance". At one point the hygienist was checking my neck and said she was checking for cancer. Is she an oncologist too? Very disappointed! Maja gives incorrect and deceitful information!

Dr Sanai was very kind, patient, funny and experienced. I felt comfortable by everyone in the office. They do accept CARE CREDIT as well.
