I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Going into it I was very nervous and anxious but Dr. Voegele and the nurses made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had. Huge shoutout to them for that! The front desk staff was also very helpful in scheduling the procedure and working with insurance! The procedure itself was very quick and painless! Now I'm at home resting comfortably. The overall experience I had here was the best I've ever had when it comes to oral surgery/dental work. Dr. Voegele and his team have earned my trust for any future needs! Highly recommended!

I was referred to Midwest Oral for the extraction of 3 broken molars. My initial consultation covered all the options available to me and answered any questions I had. My procedure was comfortable, fast, & as painless as I could hope for. Dr. Voegele and his crew definitely earn my highest recommendation for any oral surgery needs.

As most of us know, having a tooth removed entales much anxiety. Today I had 2 teeth removed. I was so nervous, anxious and scared. I must say that Dr. Voegele and his assistant, Katie , were so very kind ,gentle, reassuring and understanding, I was soon calmed down. I would recommend this office for all in need of dental work. ESPECIALLY us big babies and scary cats. Katie you get an A+!! Susan Adams PS. I must add : this evening Dr.Voegele called to see how I was doing. How nice was that!! .

Dr. Lyu is such a compassionate oral surgeon as well as being very knowledgeable taking time to explain procedures thoroughly. Dr. Lyu cares about her patients and the tooth extractions she has done for me have been successful with minimum pain. Her assistant and office staff are very competent and accommodating. Thank you

Very poor communication. My dentist referred me to them to get a biopsy done on 01/18/19. They said that they would bill my insurance and then let me know what I owed. They charged the entire amount of the procedure of $941 saying that they never heard back from my insurance. I called my insurance only to find out that Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery never submitted a claim. By the time I found that out, I had already made a $200 payment in good faith. When I called Midwest and told them this, they assured me that they will submit a claim. Since then they have repeatedly sent me invoices charging me the remaining $741 with an additional finance charge for an overdue balance. My insurance still says that they have not received the necessary information from Midwest. I have spoken to their staff (Griffin) on 4/6/2020, 8/28/2020, 9/29/2020 and 9/30/2020 relaying this and have been assured that he is taking care of this and I won't get anymore invoices until there is a determination. My only request to Midwest was that if they can show me a denied claim, I will pay the outstanding amount. They told me that they will bill my insurance when I first went to them and did not follow through with that. Of course, today they sent me a final notice saying that they have received no communication from me and that they will send my account to collections in 10 business days if I don't make the full payment. I feel that they have not been honest and fair with me and therefore I will not recommend them.

Irritated by lack of communication. They scheduled me an appointment for a consultation at the Eden prairie office. Told me it was $115 the consultation but failed to tell me about an X-ray which was an extra $150+. So when I showed up for my consultation the receptionist told me. This should have been made clear from the get go. Then stopped in today to reschedule my appointment for my wisdom tooth to be pulled. I found out that they make you pay for everything upfront, bill the insurance, then my insurance would reimburse me. That is fine but this should have been made clear to me the day I scheduled everything. I'm sorry if I knew all this, I would have went somewhere else. Now I just lost almost 300 bucks because of their failure to properly inform patients. I could have gone somewhere else that would have fit more comfortably with my wallet. My trust is lost in them and I won't ever go there. I have never been to this location before and these things should have been made clear to me before I decided to move forward.

Had two teeth pulled today. Diana and her assistants were very nice. Diana made sure I was doing good throughout the procedure. Would recommend.

The oral surgeon was very caring and allowed me to be right with my husband who has Alzheimer's. This clinic is lucky to have him and Sue (assistant). Thank you for your care!

I was more than excited with every one from receptionist, tech and Dr. they made me very comfortable. I am very nervous with dentists and they made me very comfortable. The Dr. was very honest about how to go about my next step in my implant procedure. At the end of my appointment, the receptionist was very professional and able to answer all my questions thoroughly. I would refer this place to anyone needing any oral work done. Thank you for your time and help.

My experience at the Savage office was excellent. I had delayed having a tooth extracted and was very nervous. Everyone was very reassuring and patient with me. Thank you Dr. Voegele and assistants for your kindness and great work!

Had to get a tooth extracted. I had a referral from my dentist and they got me in the same day which was much appreciated as I was in some pain. Very efficient and professional. Upfront about costs and options as well.

Staff members were extremely pleasant and all seemed happy to be there. Dr Voegele took the time to hear my concerns provided a comfortable, pain free double extraction. I would highly recommend.
