So happy and impressed by the service provided at the Eden Prairie location. I was extremely nervous about my wisdom tooth removal. Dr. Lyu and her team took great care of me (answered numerous questions I had and made adjustments for me due to my sensitivity to Novocain) and made me feel very comfortable. I even received a call from Dr. Lyu later in the evening to check in on me and ensure I was doing alright after the procedure!

My experience today could not have gone any more perfect! They were able to get me in early so they sent me a text. I did all the paperwork online. Which was very easy. Everyone was very kind. It was a calm atmosphere. My tooth was extracted in the same visit. I was that confident and comfortable with the doctor. Everything is explained very well! I was even shown a video. Communication was so good it helped me relax more. It's 8pm and the doctor himself called to see how I was doing.

Very professional and comfortable. Letting me know what to expect ahead of time helped me relax during the extraction. No pain during the procedure and a quick recovery without allot of pills.

Wow I can't thank Dr. Diana Lyu and her amazing staff with my tooth extraction! I have major and I mean major dental anxiety and her whole staff made me feel so comfortable. I had a perio abscess which was very infected due to my dental anxiety and scared of going anywhere however I would recommend this place hands down if you need any oral surgery or speciality needs. I also got a very sweet follow up call after hours from her to make sure I was doing alright or had any questions. Thank you so much again Midwest OMS in Eden Prairie!! I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family!

Wouldn't let me stay with my 6 year old while she was getting teeth pulled. By the time I was allowed with her, she was screaming. She had an infected tooth that needed to come out as well as some less urgent teeth and instead of targeting the infected tooth, they took out an optional tooth. 1 out of 4 teeth were extracted.

I had a damaged molar that required surgical removal. Dr. Voegele was very prescriptive in the procedure and clear on expectations, and Joseline was very clear with the pre- and post-op care instructions. The procedure itself was painless, quick, and a non-issue which was a relief when you think about what's being done. I received a follow up call from Dr. Voegele to see how I was doing and if I had any questions - I appreciate the professionalism and care. I recommend Midwest.

My experience with Midwest Oral Surgery was excellent. The staff is pleasant. I couldn't be happier. Doctor Voegele was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a thorough explanation of the process. After surgery he personally followed up by phone that evening to see how I was doing. He also personally called me a week later with lab results. I have had different procedures done in the past with different doctors, but Dr. Voegele really goes above & beyond with his patients. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know. I had two wisdom teeth removed in July which had broken; my bottom ones came in sideways and I needed surgery to remove them. I chose this place because of the great reviews and they were able to do it with just novacaine. Everything went great, and I recently had an exam with my new dentist and everything is healing up nicely. Also great was they let me play music on my phone during the procedure, which helped me relax. I definitely recommend this place if you have bad anxiety like I do.

I needed to have my last wisdom tooth out and when I called, they said they could get me right in!! I have pretty severe dental anxiety, but all the staff were very kind and calming. I was out of there within about 30 minutes! Thank you so much to everyone there!! Highly recommend!!

No one likes having their teeth worked on but they do a great job keeping you updated and making you comfortable. Hope not to be back...but I won't go anywhere else!

Excellent service provided from start to finish. Doctor Voegele responded respectfully to my concerns , questions and special requests. He talked me through the procedure , which was pain free , skilled and efficient. He assured my comfort throughout. All staff were welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and will return when necessary.
