The worst! I had an "emergency" extraction scheduled after an accident. They cancelled the appointment because the doctor was sick, but wouldn't reschedule me quickly and I had to wait another two weeks. The staff was rude about it as well. When I finally got in, the oral surgeon barely spoke; reprimanded me when I flinched at some chiseling noises; AND didn't tell me he was going to just chisel out the front half of the bone of my jaw to get the tooth out instead of extracting it. He did not discuss a bone graft with me or anything else. I have since found out that because he chiseled out the bone and didn't do a graft, there is no way I can get a tooth implant on one of my FRONT TEETH. He didn't even ASK me about whether I might want an implant or might not want half the width of my jaw bone removed.

Called to schedule an appointment. Spoke to someone named Jessie. She was just plain rude. Poor customer service on the initial call. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Let's try ...not overtalking people and not using the word ma'am in a condescending tone. That's a hard no for me!!

Dr. Wallin is the best Dentist I've ever seen in my life! He removed 2 wisdom teeth, I felt absolutely nothing!! And he talked to me the whole time. And my appointment was at 10:15am and I was home by 11!!

I had all my four wisdom teeth removed two weeks ago and I never had any problems. I was very nervous to get them removed, but I had nothing to worry about because the staff was extremely professional and friendly. They even called me the day after my surgery to check how I was doing. They answered all my questions before the surgery and after. My dentist was Dr. Wallis and he was great. I researched many places and decided to go to this office because of the reviews. Everyone from the receptionists, nurses, and doctor were all very professional and friendly. I recommend this place.

I was referred here by my dentist due to my wisdom teeth needing to be removed. Setting up a consultation was quick and easy, but they did charge a $95 consultation fee, but I felt confident they were the right surgeons for the procedure so I had no issue paying the fee. At the consultation for wisdom teeth removal, they have you watch a video of the possible injuries, which may be intimidating but it's helpful to know what may happen. Then I was taken to another room to talk with the surgeon about the operation and sedation options. After we came to a conclusion on general anesthesia, the surgeons assistant (not sure of her actual title, but she was very kind) walked me through the costs of the procedure and the scheduling of the operation. Since I was nervous about the general anesthesia, the surgeon was able to prescribe me 2 Valium's to take prior to the surgery, which really helped. Operation day was extremely easy for me. I took the Valium an hour before surgery. Once I got checked into the office, I was promptly brought back to the operating room where the assistant began hooking up the heart monitors, blood pressure monitor, and finger clamp. During this, she was reassuring me that everything was going to be great, and that the surgeon had been doing this for over 21 years (which was really good to hear). Then the surgeon came in, wrapped a band around my arm, stuck in the IV in with ease, and then injected me with the propofol. Next thing I knew, I was awake, talking, and aware that I was done with the surgery. I wasn't too 'out of it' actually. I sat in the chair for about it 5-10 minutes after being awake and the nurse did 1 last check on me and even gave me my wisdom teeth in a little baggy before telling me I'm good to go. I was sober enough to walk out of the operating room and all the way to the car with no issues. During post operative recovery, I took things easy and stayed on top of my pain meds. I've had no issues so far and I'm extremely happy with the amount of care the team gave me.

I am enraged, offended, and disappointed; and I must share my story. I had an appointment on May 18th at the Kansas city Kansas office. I had had this appointment since April 30th (or so I thought). When I arrived, they told me that my name was not in their system and that there was no appointment for me, nor had there ever been. I tried to tell them that they might have made a mistake. I provided them with my referral letter and showed them my calls to their number on my cell. I also told them that I made this appointment after 3 weeks of leaving voicemails. I called the office on April 16th, April 23rd and April 30th. I told them about these calls so that they could cross reference the dates in their system. They continually refused that there was ever an appointment under my name. Almost every nurse ignored my requests, and rejected my claims. I had to practically beg them to look at their records, which they apparently don't keep track of. They told me that they didn't keep track of or save their calls, so they couldn't check back to the dates I mentioned. At that point, they told me that they would call my primary dentist's office, and the receptionist there confirmed that she had received a call from this office on April 30th asking for information necessary to my appointment, and that it was sent the same day (confirming my version of events yet again). Throughout this process they were doubtful and infantilizing, treating me as though I were crazy, most likely due to my ethnicity. After that, they patronized me further when I was told that the doctor would be "nice" and accept to see me without an appointment. I was beyond offended, and told them I didn't want to see him anymore. I was looking forward to seeing that dentist, but his team made it impossible for me to stay one more minute after they treated me as though I were illiterate. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone who has dignity and self respect. It was a horrible experience.

I cannot say enough good things about Midwest Oral. They answered all my questions and concerns during the consult (this is only my second surgery ever). When I came in for my wisdom teeth extraction, Dr. Wallin and his staff were extremely attentive and made me feel so comfortable. I am terrified of getting stuck for IVs and shots and they made sure to be gentle (it ended up being the least bruised I've ever been after a stick!). The amount of care you get here is unparalleled and I can't recommend Midwest Oral enough.

Dr. Green and the staff were fabulous. They walked our daughter through the trepidation of having four teeth extracted. They were attentive to our needs and helped make the experience a positive one.

The appointment was amazing from the initial call to procedure. The office staff and physician were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I have not experienced that level of care from every member of a company in 2 decades. You guys are amazing. Please do not change. We need more people and companies like you guys. YOU ARE EXCELLENT.

My experience with Midwest Oral & Maxillofacial was completely great! From the day I called and scheduled my oral surgery through being released after my procedure, all the staff was very friendly and professional. I felt very supported and comforted by the entire staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I haven't gotten the surgery yet, but they were so extremely pleasent. From the woman at the desk, to every person back in the office! And of course the doctor as well. Very thorough with the information and understanding with the questions I asked. My consultation was not rushed and I feel super confident to trust them with the surgery!
