Dr. Caryn Guba has worked in the field of dentistry since 1981. Dr. Guba graduated from Indiana University Bloomington and Indiana University School of Dentistry. She is a licensed Dental Hygienist and licensed Dentist in the State of Indiana.
Dr. Guba is also a member in good standing of the Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Indiana District Dental Society, Indiana Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Oral Medicine & Toxicology, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and is a Diplomat of the Academy of Pain Management. She is a certified Invisalign Dentist.
Accreditation by the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology certifies to the professional community and the general public that she has been trained and tested in the comprehensive application of biological dentistry, including current methods for safe removal of dental amalgam.
What this means is that there is a growing demand for qualified or specially trained biological dentists because patients and other medical professionals are purposefully seeking out dentists who have expertise in this pertinent issue.
By furthering her education with IAOMTs accreditation process, she has the necessary foundation to become a leader in biological dentistry, as she helps her patients with the most up-to-date and scientifically-based practices.

I was totally impressed with the friendliness and attitude that ALL the staff and associates expressed. I honestly didn't feel like I was at the dentist. The assistant was very cordial and knowledgeable, showed sincere concern, and answered all my questions. The dentist was just as sincere and cordial, and expressed genuine interest in my short and long-term well being.

incredibly frustrating experience. Dr Harris used ozone therapy on me without asking my consent and with knowledge that insurance doesn't cover this. This lead to a $112 charge. My insurance didn't cover all of the other services performed. This lead to a large bill after I had already paid $500 cash to them. Midwest Integrative Dental sent my outstanding bill to collections WITHOUT the decency of calling me. They had emailed me, but it's an email I do not check and we moved addresses so I wasn't receiving things by mail. If I wouldn't have found the old bill in my office desk, it could have been a lot worse. I had previously been referring people to Dr Harris and will not be doing so any longer. I feel a complete lack of respect since they wouldn't even take the time to send a phone call before sending to collections. UPDATE after reading their comment: there was NEVER any contact on their end to call me. If I would have received a voice message saying "hi this is ___. We need to receive payment or it's being sent to collections" I would have responded and made the appropriate payments.

Appointment at 9am today and right on time as usual. Great office and staff are professional. Dr. Harris takes all the time you need and offers the finest materials that are safe for you in the long term. Had implants done with the latest ceramic post instead of toxic metal for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. What a difference this procedure has made for me and my life. Excellent!

Another great cleaning with their annual flat rate program. Great staff as well :) In and out just the way I like it. 3rd cleaning and Mouth Cancer exam as a part of the flat rate service for this year !! Best $775 I spend each year !! Pam did another excellent job today !!
