I had a wonderful experience visiting this dental care center. I loved Dr. Hackbardt and the oral hygienist's work respectively on my fillings and deep cleaning. I recommend this clinic :)

Autumn is the best! She was right there keeping me focused on breathing and very comforting after the second tooth was pulled. Very thorough and efficient.

I love Midwest! The crew is so friendly, makes you feel comfortable, and moves quickly. Doctor Fleming is incredible and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Amazing experience everytime I come. When i first came here I was in rough shape with my teeth, over 2 dozen fillings later and i swear by this place the few places I have gone have made me feel like a price tag and that's it. Here it feels like they want to help in anyway they can and take i have always felt taken care of and have bad the absolute best service from the front desk to all the staff in the back a wonderful and easy place to get all your dental work done.

I've had a lot of work done here in a short period of time. I have nothing but praises for Dr. Fleming and the entire staff. In fact Dr. Fleming and Sierra just did a root canal on me a few days ago. You will be in good hands. Relax and open wide.

Considering that first impressions are important, I am not sure I would return to this dentist office. I chose this office because they are in network for my insurance. When I arrived, one receptionist was on the phone with a disgruntled patient trying to explain why they constantly had extremely high bills each time they came. Which could be a multitude of reasons. Followed by my appointment, which was for pain. They took a few pictures of my teeth, asked me to fill out paperwork that I had already filled out, the dr spent 5 minutes looking, said it must have been due to my wisdom tooth (which is not where the pain is coming from) and referred me to an oral surgeon. Then they checked me out, didn't ask for my copay, and scheduled me for a cleaning that they "weren't sure if my insurance would cover". (My insurance covers 100 percent of cleanings..)Ultimately, they seemed ok. Highly confused, no one had very good communication, and I do not look forward to any surprise bills. Just based off of my first impression, no real work done, this did not seem like a professional setting I would trust with my teeth in the future.

I never leave reviews but this is the worst dentist that I have visited. Bills come literally 8-13 months after the service. I have tried to close my account 3 times and EVERY SINGLE TIME there has been some leftover balance from at least 8 months ago. Before closing it out, I specifically asked if there is ANYTHING left. Even balances that have not been processed through insurance. Every time the answer is no, but THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING LEFT. The doctors are not understanding and quite impatient which is why i wanted to switch in the first place. Would not recommend.

I'm very impressed with the work I had done today. The doctor and hygienist were very pleasant and did an excellent job. Can't wait till I return to finish fixing my smile. Would absolutely recommend this office and give them 5 stars!!

Excellent customer service. First time visiting this office. Everyone from Dr. Janel, Tommia, Kara and Julie was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this Dental office.
