The short answer is no. You most likely cannot sunburn your teeth. Shwew! Your lips on the other hand can sunburn. In fact, your lips might be the most susceptible to sunburn. Its important not to rely on regular sunscreen to protect your lips, choose a lip balm with a minimum of SPF 15. It is designed for your lips, and it will stick better. And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.
There are lots of reasons to smile all summer long. Evidence suggests that smiling reduces stress and helps your heart. So show those teeth! Brush twice a day, floss daily and smile big. You'll feel better when you do.

I would have to give Dr. Steve, and the entire staff at Midwest Dental a 10 star rating on a 5-star scale, I have never been to such a well structured and professional dental office. It has been five years since I have been to a dentist and they are so kind and professional, the cleaning was very thorough and painless, I shouldn't have waited so long to get back in the routine of good oral health. It will definitely be recommending Midwest Dental and Dr.Steve to my family and friends.

I scheduled an appointment in May for my 3 year olds first dental appointment. The earliest they could fit her in was end of July. No big deal. A week before her appointment they inform me that they will not have a Dr in the office for her appointment. Okay, I understand things come up. My issue is, that instead of getting her in within the next week or two, since this was your error, they tell me that the earliest they can get her in is end of September. So another 2 month wait and after school starts. The excuse that I heard multiple times was this was due to her being a new patient. I still have no idea what that has to do with this since this was not our doing. We made the appointment and were going to be there. We did not cancel, you canceled on us. If you didn't want the business, then you should have just said so back in May so I had time to find a different dentist. How you handled this was incredibly poor. And don't tell me that you were going to put us on a wait list. First, there's no guarantee and second, I scheduled an appointment for a reason. We have work and can't call in or give less than 24 hr notice to our companies. I really hope you do better in the future for your current patients.

I've been going here for years and I really like them. They are very caring and take exceptional care of their patients! I will not go to a dentist I don't like. So, with that being said, I will not go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Dr. An and the amazing staff. The first time I visited the office in Sandwich l was very impressed. I came in nervous because of other dental work in the past from another dentist but I was welcomed with warm arms and reassured that I would be fine. I had the deep cleaning and had no discomfort on the same day once the Novocain wore off.

I visited Midwest Dental for a cleaning and X-rays. The staff was extremely kind and professional! Dr. An was able to get me squared away and I had no issues understanding the procedures as well as recommendations that was provided to better the health of my teeth! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a secure, friendly environment!

This dental practice is so warm and welcoming. They definitely make you feel at home. My daughter had to get fillings and the dentist was amazing with her and her anxiety. 10/10 recommend.

I have been going to Midwest Dental for many years but this was my first experience with Dr. An. She did a couple fillings for me and referred me to an oral surgeon for a more complex issue. I saw a doctor today, at Loyola, that resolved the issue in a matter of seconds. It was exactly as Dr. An had projected. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and kind.
