The short answer is no. You most likely cannot sunburn your teeth. Shwew! Your lips on the other hand can sunburn. In fact, your lips might be the most susceptible to sunburn. Its important not to rely on regular sunscreen to protect your lips, choose a lip balm with a minimum of SPF 15. It is designed for your lips, and it will stick better. And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.
There are lots of reasons to smile all summer long. Evidence suggests that smiling reduces stress and helps your heart. So show those teeth! Brush twice a day, floss daily and smile big. You'll feel better when you do.

I appreciated how caring Dr. Behnke and the hygienist was with my daughters last visit. My daughter isn't too fond with dentist visits but the staff took the time to make her feel comfortable and provided her with hands on learning for what she will expect moving forward with her care. Thank you!

I have always enjoyed going to Dr. Behnke & his friendly, informative staff for my dental care. At my most recent appointment (a few days ago), I truly received the utmost in their dental concern, care & support. I went in for a routine prophy, when Leah, the hygienist found a loose restoration. Dr. Behnke said he would replace it right then while I was there, which was already very considerate, as that wasn't in their schedule. The replacement required even more time than expected, as other issues were discovered, repaired, & then options for me had to explained. All was dealt with the care & concern I have mentioned, by everyone. Kudos to a great dental team!

My Husband went here for the first time, over charged for procedures he had done. No new patent discount or deal offered. They were respectful and friendly, but it's all about the money. They state they do extractions, yet referred my Husband to an Oral Surgeon because the tooth was cracked. And this was miles away in Appleton, WI. They did a deep cleaning on him and never explained the side affects and risks. Then to top it off, only did a fourth of the deep cleaning so he has to come back 2 to 3 times more. Just more money, that's the bottom line. Beware if you have no Dental Insuance, keep looking, there are several other Dental Clinics in this area that charge lesser prices for the same exact procedures.

Was in need of some care, without an appointment, the front desk staff got me in ASAP, at the end of the day and the end of their work week. Dr. Behnke took his time to explain what was going on, gave me the options and allowed me to choose my preferred treatment method. It was truly an outstanding experience, exceptional clinic, friendly staff, the hygienist was very nice, and Dr. Behnke completes the interaction with over the top service, educational explanations and a treatment that worked as intended! Yes, I would recommend using Midwest Dental in Plover, WI!!
