The short answer is no. You most likely cannot sunburn your teeth. Shwew! Your lips on the other hand can sunburn. In fact, your lips might be the most susceptible to sunburn. Its important not to rely on regular sunscreen to protect your lips, choose a lip balm with a minimum of SPF 15. It is designed for your lips, and it will stick better. And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.
There are lots of reasons to smile all summer long. Evidence suggests that smiling reduces stress and helps your heart. So show those teeth! Brush twice a day, floss daily and smile big. You'll feel better when you do.

My hygienist Alyssa was so friendly. She was very thorough and I felt very comfortable in her care. The office was clean and professional. I was taken care of promptly. My whole experience was wonderful. I recommend them to everyone!!

My mom and dad (Micole and Melvin B.) love this facility. They haven't been to the dentist in years due to bad experiences and agreed it was time to take better care of themselves. They live in the south suburbs and pass SEVERAL dental office along the way to Midwest Dental. The staff is AWESOME!!!!!! My mom says it doesn't feel like a dental visit, it feels like she's visiting family. GREAT dental office and GREAT staff.

Very positive experience at Dr. Azzo's office with friendly and efficient staff that explained all procedures in detail. Following x-rays and cleaning, Dr. Azzo cemented a crown that fell out.

Wonderful staff. The dentist is so wonderful. Very caring! Explains everything. The dental assistance is awesome as well. I'm so afraid of the dentist and they will make the process so much less fearful. Believe me!!! Everyone is very personable as well, funny too!!

This has been my dental office since 2017. When I arrived for one of my earliest appointments, I was pleasantly surprised and reassured when I saw one of my former coworkers and her husband in the waiting area! I give Midwest Dental the highest possible rating because of the quality of their service and their handling of insurance/finances. By now I know most of the staff by name. They are not only professional, but also extremely personable. I can always depend on Angie to keep me up to date on my account and appointments. Alyssa, my hygienist, keeps me honest with my care regimen, and I have been very happy with Dr. Faraz and other dentists I saw in the past. I look forward to working with Dr. Tlemat. The location of the office is convenient and the appointment reminders are very helpful. I would reccomend Midwest Dental to anyone without hesitation.

Everyone is so amazing. Dr Salma is so sweet and compassionate. Angie is so friendly at the front desk and greets everyone as family. Alyssa and all the hygienists are so amazing my kids never have a problem getting there teeth cleaned. Thank you Midwest dental!

I needed to change dentists because the one I was going to was out-of-network. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. This was one of the most complete exams. I was scheduled for an afternoon visit, and I received a call to see if I wanted to come in a few days earlier. It just so happened, I had a conflict in my schedule and the new appointment was at a more convenient time. What a great first impression.

Had a wonderful dental appointment. Entire staff was very professional and friendly. Hygienist very knowledgable and shared a lot of good information about my dental care. First time meeting the dentist and she greeted me warmly, took time to answer all of my questions and made it a point to make sure she covered everything for me. Will definitely visit again.
