The short answer is no. You most likely cannot sunburn your teeth. Shwew! Your lips on the other hand can sunburn. In fact, your lips might be the most susceptible to sunburn. Its important not to rely on regular sunscreen to protect your lips, choose a lip balm with a minimum of SPF 15. It is designed for your lips, and it will stick better. And just like with sunscreen, remember to reapply it every couple hours.
There are lots of reasons to smile all summer long. Evidence suggests that smiling reduces stress and helps your heart. So show those teeth! Brush twice a day, floss daily and smile big. You'll feel better when you do.

Deceptive...buyer beware. I asked them to give me the cost for my fillings and they pulled up my insurance and broke down the costs. I saved up for the exact amount I needed, paid it at the time of service and was hit with a $70 bill weeks later. They said, "Oh, that was just an ESTIMATE, you need to contact your insurance provider for the exact cost". This was NOT explained to me and the receptionist said that there was a disclaimer on the estimate they printed out that states this. At NO point did they verbally tell me that the breakdown of costs was simply a ballpark estimate and that I would need to contact my insurance provider directly to get the costs...I took them at their word based on the numbers they showed me on the screen without thinking that they may not be being fully transparent about the fact that they were just "ballpark" numbers. Highly disappointed in their shady tactics and making me feel as if it was MY fault for not knowing to call my insurance provider when they never explained this to me when I asked for the EXACT costs and trusted the numbers they showed me on the screen and verbally told me.

WOW is all i can say. From the 1st time i walked in the front door. Everybody is so friendly. Met with the Office Manager she was awesome explaining everything to me. Set up 2 appointments. And they called me to move my appt up to get me in sooner. Dr was amazing. Its my new go to place for my Dental needs.. Thank you

They are very non judgmental here and that's something that I appreciate. Other dentist I've gone too have shamed me for the condition my teeth are in because of my Depression and mental health issues. Every time I come here I'm treated very kindly and greeted with a smile and the staff are always super friendly! I'm already more than halfway in getting all my work done and looking forward to getting more work done so I can finally get the smile I've deserved for so long. Thank you guys!

Everything was awesome!!! They are able to work with me on rescheduling if need. Cleanest teeth I have ever had. Love the service and everyone that works there. Very friendly and able to schedule me around my busy work day. New dentist is awesome!!!!

Hated going to the dentist before coming here. All the staff is wonderful. Treat you with kindness and respect and listen to you. Give you advice but no lecture. The staff I usually see, are more like friends I'm hanging out with we get along so well! And the job they do on my teeth is fantastic!

Professionalism, concerned and friendly are terms that I would choose to describe my experience at Midwest Dental. From the time you are greeted at the reception desk through the scheduled procedure to the check-out these terms capture the services rendered. This has not changed over the years I've been going there. Highly recommended!!!!

I needed 2 teeth fixed before I could have heart surgery. My dentist retired and no dentist was willing to help me right away. They were so nice getting it scheduled within days and Dr Anderson fixed everything at my first appt. They cared and found a way. I can't tell you how much that meant to me and my family. Everyone was so nice. Thank you so much !

I have gone to Midwest Dental since I was a kid, and they have always been honest, and treated me like family. I have never had any issues with their service, and I highly recommend them. They genuinely care about your teeth, and will not perform unnecessary service to make money. I hope I never have to go anywhere else but here!

After neglecting my teeth for a number of years do to the death of my last dentist, I chose Midwest Dental on the recommendation of friends. I have not been disappointed. A thourough review of all my dental issues was given to me with the estimated cost after insurance. Gave me an excellant idea of what was ahead of me. We are over half way through the list so far with great results.
