Edit: Haven't been to this dentist in a year and a half. Received a bill from almost two years ago from them that they never ran through insurance for my kid's routine preventative care that is fully covered. I called and left a voice mail and waited a week... NEVER got a call back from them. I did however get two more copies of the same bill that they never ran through insurance. I called AGAIN! STILL haven't heard back from them. They don't bother to do their job for two years with the insurance and then don't call me back when I try to fix their mistake! Super unprofessional! Original:The dentist is great, but sadly we needed to leave because we could never get a call back to set up our follow ups. I would leave messages several times, and e-mail. Sometimes I would get an answer back to start the process via e-mail but then when I responded there would be nothing. Also, there was appointments set up for the wrong time, even though I e-mailed with the staff with the dates I could or couldn't come in. Also, the referrals from the dentist for one of our kids was lost. I wish that we could have stayed, we really liked the dentist, and the front desk staff were nice, but just terrible with follow up and making appointments. I was very disappointed to have to leave. But after almost a year of this it we needed to get in to see someone. I would highly suggest that you call and if you get voicemail don't leave one just call back later until you get a person. And ask them to print out your referrals, and make the next appointment in person. If they say they are going to mail those to you, or call you back it probably won't happen.

First time patient after moving to the area and not having gone to a dentist in 3 years - great experience! All the great reviews here were true. Everyone (front desk, hygienist, doctor) was super friendly and very kind. The woman at the front desk called my insurance to figure out a few things, and the whole process was super easy from a patient standpoint. Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful! :)

I've been calling for 2 weeks now leaving voicemail, receptionist hasnt called me back very unprofessional. Everytine I call Noone answers , very frustrated and annoyed . Other than that the dentist is great .

Cannot get ahold of anyone here. Left many voice-mails over week stretches of time. They had an issue with my insurance and I'm trying to resolve it but they simply are ignoring me.

I LOVE the staff at Midwest Dental in Greenfield and Dr. Spelter is just the best. She explains things clearly. And she and everyone cares that the work they are doing is made as "unscary" as possible. I'm so glad they are in my neighborhood.

Midwest Dental is the best! Dr. Spelter is fabulous! She is always friendly and kind and goes above and beyond to do great dental work. She is very smart and knows what she is doing. She is gentle and I never have any soreness or pain after getting cavities filled or any dental work. The dental hygentists are kind and also do a great job. The front desk staff are effecient and friendly as well. I would highly recommed this dentist office. Dr. Spelter is the best dentist I have ever seen.

I have no been to the dentist in about 20 years!! The staff was beyond friendly and explained everything to me. The office is super cute. I am happy to find a great dental office.

Terrible front desk/reception service. I've tried to schedule appointments for my children and self, no one returns calls. No one ever answers the phone. We have finally decided to go elsewhere.I called/emailed on Tuesday 12/7/21 and requested my families records to transfered because no one ever returns any voicemails I've left in the 2 months. The receptionist finally called me back and said they will send everything to where I requested. Today is now Friday, I took off work to take my son to the new dentist and am told Midwest dental never sent the records as I requested.(despite them confirming with me on Wednesday that they did).Now I call and the office is closed. Now I've wated my time, gas and time from work, and my son's school day only to have to reschedule and have to try this again another day. Hopefully Midwest Dental send my information as requested. Would not recommend. Even when we went for appointments there, it took forever and billing issues as well. Look elsewhere for competent service.

Had an appointment after not going to the dentist for a very long time and everyone was super nice. I had my first cleaning with them and scheduled for teeth work to be done!

Extremely professional and friendly. Would recommend this clinic without hesitation. As a first time patient the exam was very thorough. Receptionist very helpful regarding insurance coverage and payment.

The doctor, hygienist, and other staff were knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Everyone made us feel welcome and cared for! We had a great experience bringing our children in for their first visit.

Well let's start that they werent concerned that my tooth and gums were swollen bad but i made an appointment w a dentist who cared about the severity of the problem. They wanted me to wait a week or two in August. I would have lost two more teeth and maybe my jaw. Good thing Thursday im getting it pulled.the root was rotted. Gave me antibiotics that lapsed the time of removal. What's worse I called the wauwotosa clinic and it was on a different network. I asked you cant send an x ray? I recommend this place if you want to be worried or want to be treated like you dont matter.lol 1 star and will do buisness elsewhere. It was an emergancy and I wasnt treated like it was. Face was like a half softball. They have had 33 complaints the the bbb in the last 3 years. I see why. I will.never do buisness w them again or any of my family also.
