This was my first time visiting this location. I used to go to the Eagan location and the receptionist and doctors here are much more welcoming and pleasant. Dr. Eaton and Bri were extremely professional and kind as I have always been insecure about my teeth. She made sure to explain any plans she had for procedures and involved me in the process. They made me want to go to the dentist everyday if I had the choice! Highly recommend!!

Best dental experience I've had since the dawn of my existence. From the initial call to schedule to the follow up visits, this group of absolute bosses is ridiculously competent and kind. It's so close that this place is organized by people who truly CARE about the client experience. Front desk is led by a danged ROCK STAR that always greets me positively, knows why I'm there and what she needs from me, and helps me to feel comfortable immediately. The hygienist is next and she's a sheer delight, explains what she's doing and why and ALWAYS males sure that I'm comfortable. Then, can we talk about Dr. Eaton? The G.O.A.T. to be sure. So. Very. Crazy. Incredible. Such a professional but still manages to have immense grace and true kindness in the care that she provides. Thoughtful and smart as all get out. I will never see another dentist so long as I have teeth in my mouth.

I honestly had a bad first impression of this location, due to what I consider to be very poor communication by the front desk team. The result of this communication error meant that I had to come back a second time to complete my visit. I considered cancelling but instead went ahead with my appointment as (re)scheduled and I'm really glad I did! The care team here who performed my actual services were fantastic! They were extremely compassionate and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable and doing well. They were quick and efficient, and got me out in literally half the time I had expected, but I never felt like they were rushing or cutting corners. I still honestly feel like the front desk team leaves a bit to be desired in my opinion, but Dr. Eaton and team in the back (I wish I remembered their names!) were really, really great!

I've been going here for two years. I love all the employees. So friendly and professional. Dr. Eaton was very down-to-earth and personable. She took great care of my teeth. I usually hate going to the dentist but they made this experience so much better than I could have ever imagined. Her assistant Brianna helped guide me through the procedure and reassured me when I was feeling doubtful. Overall great appointment and will definitely be going back for anything teeth related!

Update 1-20-2022 New manager is WONDERFUL! I hadn't had fillings done in many years, so I was nervous. Bri and Dr. Eaton made everything a breeze. I was very comfortable and felt well taken care of. Thanks so much! ---- Melissa is wonderful as always. A delight to talk to and my teeth feel squeaky clean after she cleans them. First time seeing Dr Rydell, she was nice and helpful. Dr Eaton is one of the best dentists I've seen and had the privilege to work with. Highly recommend coming to see Dr Eaton, Melissa, and the rest of the team!

If you're scared of going to the dentist, this is the place for you!!! I've always feared going and decided it was time to go back. I had always gone to metro dental and wanted to find a new place. I am SO thankful I went here! Brianna did my x rays, Melissa did my deep cleaning, and Dr. Eaton has also worked on my teeth. The receptionists are super friendly and accommodating. Everyone I've met so far has been absolutely amazing. So kind, attentive, caring, etc. I've never felt so at ease and comfortable before! 10/10 would recommend, this is my forever dental clinic! I actually look forward to going now and will recommend to everyone!

This dental practice is by far my favorite! Front desk is very nice and curtious. Midwest is the best of the best! Everyone is very helpful and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. You're in great hands when you come here!

The staff is amazing! It's so easy to make an appointment, cleanings and x-rays by Melissa and Brianna are professional and Dr. Eaton is so kind, honest and makes the experience comfortable. I love this practice and would recommend it to anyone!

Really clean office, kind staff and great location. I needed a cavity filling, the Dr. and her assistant were done within 10 minutes, they were excellent! And the dental hygienist was a sweetheart, very easy to talk to. Also, I got an electric toothbrush with my first visit which I must admit made me more excited than I probably should've been Already recommended this dentist office to my family since they need a new dentist, too

Once again. I had an excellent experience. I was able to get an appointment promptly. Everyone was so friendly from the moment I walked in the door! The entire staff from the receptionist (Samantha) to the hygenist, to the provider were kind, helpful, professional, and very informative. Dr. Eaton gave me options was very professional and honest with her assessment. I felt very involved in the decision making. Highly recommend this clinic! Thank you so much for your excellent care!

5/7/2021 Update since my last review... Unfortunately, Dr. Eaton totally abandoned me when I had a tooth extracted and had complications. She did prescribe pain meds for the severe pain I was in less than 1 hour after surgery, but she bailed when I needed further help in the days following. There was an obvious infection and I was in a world of pain. Knowing I had a hip replacement 4 years ago and a poor immune system, she still did not find it concerning that three days later I was in immense pain and there could be an infection. She sent me to an advanced specialist, who basically cleaned out the site, prescribed antibiotics and a topical anesthetic and I was feeling better already. I went to an endodontist unnecessarily and a surgeon unnecessarily!! I don't think that this place is equipped to handle anything but teeth cleaning and minor cavities. She doesn't have the ability to do anything more and won't put in the effort to help when things go wrong. This was very disappointing, especially because I trusted her and her staff to do what is right and they bailed the minute there was an issue that needed further help. I don't recommend this office to anyone, especially if you need extractions! 2019: I had a great first appointment at Midwest Dental. The front desk staff, Hygenist, and Dentist were amazing! I have terrible teeth from years of neglect and I always worry that they will judge me. They were very nice and informative about my treatment plan and there were no judgements. I will be back for sure!!

Let me start by saying Vonnie is caring, considerate, and great at her job as well as everyone else.. My problem is with office manager. The first red flag was the way the office manager greeted me. It was completely inappropriate for our relationship and the time of day. Now, after Vonnie did my work I went to pay. The office manager charge me for the whole service out of pocket. Which I thought was unusual at the time considering they know exactly what my coverage is for the service they provided. Instead of giving a receipt for the service that was just preform. Which would have prevented this whole response. She gave me a history of my work done from last year instead of a receipt for the service preformed that day. She said "I don't know why that happened" She never offered to email a copy or try to reprint the correct receipt. It was as if she wanted no record of the event to be given to me in my opinion. Two days later I called her about the issue and she said "oh you do have a $2250 dollar limit per year and this is the only services you had for year." I said "Yes, I shouldn't have been billed this much" she acted surprised ike I wasn't supposed to get any money back. Then she said they would reimbursed me if there is extra funds. Now, I really don't trust her! This happened a week ago and nothing shows submitted to my dental insurance. Recently, I had to stop in for a mouth guard for whitening. So, I asked her about submitting the info to my insurance and she said "well, maybe you don't have coverage for that." I told her my coverage is 60%. She didn't admitted to not submitting the information but she said "we'll look into it." I truly believe she was going to pocket the money when she did submit the request for payment from the insurance company if I had not called her on her game. She did everything to suppress the amount & record of service to me. She act as if I was not supposed to get cash back when I confronted her. The office manager is completely shady stay away from this place! Unfortunately, one bad apple spoils the bunch!
