Dr. Stefanus and his team were absolutely amazing, they did my teeth cleaning, and a root canal in the same day. No pain at all. Thanks so much guys

Unfortunately the receptionist was very rude and did not greet me when I walked in and did not even bother looking up to acknowledge my presence. She sadly had a bad attitude when I asked a question after my visit was over and acted as if it was a bother that I was there. I have been coming for years and typically have a pleasant time and have had no issues otherwise. I would advise to have a better front of office staff to provide for a warmer experience for future customers.

I just want to say first off that the negative reviews regarding Dr. Siswanto must be either completely mistaken or from completely unrealistic people. For me, I wish I had taken better care of my teeth when I was in my 20s, but I did not. But I did by some miracle end up coming to see Dr. Siswanto and I knew almost immediately I would never see another dentist. He is meticulous, considerate, and VERY fair with his pricing. So far, a cleaning, a root canal, an extraction, and just now replacing 2 old fillings. I am beyond happy that I found him.

First time in my LIFE I didn't bleed/ get cut & have tears from pain from an X-ray! (I have to tories) Why is this not standard practice everywhere?! I also explained I'm a new patient b/c my last dentists & hygienists were SO rough & painful, (among other things) & I do have a high pain tolerance, but it's been ridiculous. Thank you for listening to me!! You guys were amazing

I recently visited here because I had fractured 2 of my front teeth. The staff was super friendly and everyone was doing their best and they were doing it well. They offered me a very good price for the extractions and a partial denture (flipper) and during this pandemic their lab was open and received it in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Midway Family Dentistry and especially Dr. Siswanto! Amazing work! EDIT: I've been a patient of Dr. Siswanto for over 2 years now and every single time I go I'm very impressed with the quality of work he does for me.

I've been seeing Dr. Siswanto for cleanings for the past 3 years. I love that he never tries to upsell me. Also, they are always on time. I love how Dr. Siswanto does the cleanings himself as well if his schedule allows for it.

New to the area so I to the business 3 days before my appointment so I could do the paper work. When I walked in the door both reps just stared at me like I was in the wrong place or something no one greeted me at all and the room was completely empty! So they were not busy. Today at my appointment same thing no one greeted me it is a very stale front office environment. So today when they stared at me like I was a ghost I said, "whew jeez you all don't greet your guest that's so rude." So once I said that the person sitting in front said hello ma'am. I said well that's more like it. And the one who sits behind her look at me rolled her eyes and got back on her phone. But they do get two stars because the hygienist in the back who was working with the dentist was super she was actually very amazing. The actual dentist was alright too. So if you can see past rude no professionalism having front desk this could be your next dentist office.

Dr S. is awesome!! My son and I had an appt today. My son is only 6 years old and is scared of the dentist. Today was his first filling experience. Dr S. was patient and gentle throughout the whole process giving him an easy first filling experience. My whole family including my brother's and sister's families all come to Dr S. to get our teeth cleaned, checked, and repaired. We trust his expertise and would not go anywhere else. What he says you can trust!

Hello everyone i went to this dentist office early this year very eager to get some minor things done a extractions and a couple fillings. I was prayings doctor sis because ive been needing this work done but a month later the filling began to turn yellow and is now chipped. Mind you im very careful because i dont want it to pop off and that was doctors instructions futhermore the second visit he wasnt very friendly seemed to be in a rush not quite sure why. Not to mention the ladies there are not very informative on anything. Im a very honset woman and i dont write reviews unless there really needed. Hope this helps take your time and find the perfect dentist because oral work is very important an you want to find someone that cares not only about there work but you as well.

I've been so nervous to go to the dentist in fear I might have a cavity or two. I finally got the courage to come in and turns out; no cavities! I even had doc double check lol. The ladies up front and dental assistant were so great! Doc may be a Longhorn fan, but I didn't hold it against him ;) great office with amazing staff!

This dentist is like going to a dentist 20 years ago. They don't know how to floss either. (Just putting floss up and down is not flossing.) They missed a side cavity in my tooth for the past year of going to them till i left to go to a new dentist and luckily it didnt have to be a root canal. If you need just a scrape of your teeth go here, otherwise find better places elsewhere. And as I am looking at other reviews I just want to say that before the owner says I am talking about the incorrect dentist or that they do not have me on file, of course I protect myself online, so please do not patronize me

Seriously you aren't going to find a better, more caring dentist than this in the DFW Metroplex. He will see you quickly in case of emergencies and remembers facts about your life. A real nice guy and tests his patients right!

I had my two bottom wisdom teeth pulled about 2 1/2 weeks ago. I must say that the doctor and his assistance were very professional, polite and answered all my questions. I'm not completely healed but my holes have closed. I have no complaints I'm very thankful they did a good job! I will be coming again.
