I was extremely pleased with the degree of service and care provided to me by dental assistant Sergio Bocanegra, during my office visit with Dr. Penchas, Sergio treated me with the same concern and professionalism that is provided by everyone at this office. Everyone put me at ease, they were pleasant and efficient, all with a gentle hand. From the check in with Juan, x-rays with Giovani, and my cleaning with Loan it was a positive experience. My sensitive teeth thank you.

I originally chose Midtown Dentistry because it was down the street. I've moved further away and still visit this location because of the people. Juan is always friendly behind the front desk. Gianni was great today during my visit and Loan is the best hygienist I've ever had. I know that sounds ridiculous but I actually get excited when it's time for a cleaning because I get to see her.

The ONLY dentist/office for me - forever! Late afternoon snack (unKIND granola bar) resulted in a broken (completely) front tooth "Pirate-style smile." (No disrespect to pirates - just not "the look" for me.) Got there in a full panic (understatement) at 4 pm - walked out at 5:15 pm w a new tooth and my same smile. I canNOT give enough shout-outs to the team that helped me: Dr. Penchas, Sergio, Cynthia and Melissa! THANK YOU for the constant reassurance and genuine care you showed me! A special shout out to Dr. Penchas who missed a planned dinner party to make sure I left confident w my smile. Another shout out to Sergio (DA) on your commitment to making sure my "new tooth" - mirrored the one broken! I am smiling the "same smile" because of it! All of you SET THE BAR - without a doubt! A "dental experience" of a lifetime! My smile hasn't changed () but it is bigger today than yesterday...because of YOU! All of you. Thank you isn't even enough!

The staff is friendly and attentive. Hygienist Loan Phan was fast and made sure my comfort was a priority. She let me blast my music to help distract me during my deep cleaning. My appt was on time and procedure was done fast! Best dentist I have been to. Kudos Team Midtown Dentistry

I've been coming here over a decade. Loan is amazing and it is so lovely seeing her each year. Dentists rotate a bit more often at this location than they used to, but they are always engaged and professional. Great dentist office.

Incredible staff and Doctors. Very patient and explain everything. Work with you and your specialists to coordinate care. I am a high dental anxiety patient and Midtown Dentist's professional staff and wonderful medical team has been a godsend. Carlise and Dr Milman were excellent! As is the entire staff!

I've been a patient here for many years. Always great dental care. My hygienist Loan always remembers my previous visits and what the treatment plan is. She always has great tips of how to keep my teeth in good shape. I will not go to anywhere else or let anyone else do my cleanings. On top of that the entire staff is always friendly and professional. I would recommend Midtown Dentistry to anyone that needs great dental care in a clean and professional establishment.

I hate going to the dentist, but Loan at the Midtown location has made the experience positive. I have been going there regularly for the last several years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

I always have an enjoyable experience when I am at midtown dentistry. When I come Loan is always super friendly and does an amazing job at cleaning my teeth and explaining what's happening and what I need to do to further take care of my teeth.
