Was recommended this place and boy am I glad I went. I bought some nreal glasses for gaming and need custom lenses so I could see the screen they took on the challenge and knocked it out of the park. Very friendly and have a passion for there work. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough how thankful I am for Dr. D! I had been suffering with a toothache from a tooth I had been putting off extracting. Dr. D got me in quickly. I was absolutely terrified and nervous but he talked me through everything that he was doing and it really was painless. Emma his dental assistant is also very sweet! I would recommend them to anyone!

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The front desk staff greeted me and I was promptly taken to the back at my appointment time. DR. Durtshi was attentive and gave recommendations to maintain oral health.

My whole family has seen Dr. Durtschi for our dental care after a lengthy search for a new dentist, because our old dentist was no longer covered by our insurance. Dr. Durtschi was a perfectionist in all my family's care, especially mine. He saved me thousands of dollars & hours of time (not to mention painful procedures)on future dental care with his expertise on issues that my old dentist did not catch. We are very blessed to have found him!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Lindsay and Midtown! Dr. Lindsay was such a godsend to me when I came in with an extremely painful dry eye emergency. She was very informative and upbeat through it all and I cannot thank her enough for taking me in day of! Her office is beautiful and her and her team made me feel so calm and taken care of at a vulnerable time. I'm definitely going to be a return client Thank you Dr. Lindsay and Midtown team!

Hygienist, Amber is always cordial & thoroughly experienced in her career & admin staff are friendly & attentive. Dr. Durtschi, dentist never misses a beat w/ his warm & caring personality & his superior skills of perfection in dentistry! Hard to find all these qualities in one practice! Ms. White

Dr. Durtschi and her staff were amazing! My 9 year old son came in for an eye exam and new glasses. The doc and her staff were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. We are so happy we made the switch!

First class service in healthcare! I can't say enough good things about this office. I have struggled with vision problems for the past decade with little help from other providers and Dr. Durtschi offered a reasonable solution on the first visit. My quality of life is better thanks to care I received at this office. Don't skip out on prescription sun glasses, I did the first time and it was a mistake. They are a must for any person wearing glasses.

I loved coming to this dental office, everyone seemed friendly and the dentist was always very personable. I followed them from office to office as they were waiting for their new location to be finished. I had to make a very hard decision a few months ago to discontinue conducting business with them; I had services performed over a year ago and everything went smoothly for the most part... that is until a year later when I receive a bill in the mail for almost $400! (Please keep in mind I always paid my copays upfront and was assured by the office manager my balance was zero every time I checked out.) I called the office to inquire about the bill and was told someone would call me back, nobody called me back, I call back to inquire again and was assured it was being addressed and taken care of. A few weeks later I visit the office for a routine visit, no balance was owed at the time of my visit. A few weeks after my visit I receive the same bill for almost $400! After several phone call attempts to find out why I am receiving a bill, the office manager calls me back and tells me they are auditing their accounts and they expect me to pay that balance from services rendered a year prior. When I explained to her that I have never owed, I always pay in advance, and it is quite bizarre and not good business to surprise your clients with a bill a year after service was rendered, she could only repeat herself saying "she can appreciate my concern." I will most likely pay the $400 bill because they will otherwise report it to my credit. I feel robbed and will never do business with a company who believes this is an acceptable business practice.

I used another eye doctor in pace and had my lenses made 4 times and still was having problems. My friend has the best frames for her new eyeglasses so I visited midtown to check out the frames. I wanted something different . This office and all the staff are very professional and helpful they make you feel like family. I ended up getting a exam and I have yo say that the doctor was the best very friendly and she took her time. I have found the best dr and staff. They are the best. I picked up my glasses today and I could see. I love my glasses and I love the staff and dr. I have found my new eye dr. Please try this office for your eye needs you will not be disappointed.

I have never had a more thorough eye exam. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr.Lindsay was very informative about the health of my eyes. They definitely got me out of my comfort zone when picking out glasses. I'm obsessed with my new frames! It was such a fun experience trying on multiple frames and having the staff help me decide. Thank you Midtown Dental + Vision for such an awesome new patient experience!
