So I've been a bit of a slacker on dental care of the last few years. I needed a moderate amount of work as I recently lost a tooth. My girlfriend has been a patient at this Midtown Dental Care for 20 years. Even though I live in Illinois I decided to go with her recommendation and go to Midtown in Wauwatosa. First impression at the office was very professional. I was given a thorough exam and offered a plan of care. Estimated costs were my actual charges, and the plan made sense. Dr Russel has the skilled hands of a Surgeon and went out of her way to make sure I was always comfortable with minimal or no discomfort. My teeth were also in need of deep cleaning, I can say that the Dental Assistant Marissa did an equally excellent job and made sure I was comfortable. You can trust that this office will do the right thing. It's a feeling you get as soon as you walk in the office. The pricing was also very fair, super pleased with the results. Extremely friendly,and efficient. Timely with Al aspects of the appointment. Dr. Crego was thoughtful and explained everything very well.

Dr. Crego's team - each person and every interaction - is professional, positive and educational when I visit. OMG - They have this thing done well. The idea that you have to wait for a dentist is gone at Midtown Dental. Their processes and people ensure success and it is that reason that I stay with them.

As most people do, I used to feel anxiety about going to the dentist. I love the doctors and their assistants here ! I have been going here for years now and hope to never have to go to another. Dr. Crego and Kathy are amazing!! They put me at ease,are so personable and do a great job on my teeth! Also- the hygienist Jacquelyn is amazing!!

My first visit here and everyone was so kind and generous. The environment is highly clean and professional. Jacquelyn, who did my cleaning, was great and everything went by very smoothly. I've experienced some horrible dental clinics in the past, but I'm glad to have found this place after moving back!

It was my first time here. Kathy was very sweet and really easy to be around. Both the doctor and the girl who did my cleaning were awesome as well! It was a very welcoming place. Setting up the appointment was easy, the insurance was easy to set up too. Over all a great experience, I'll definitely make them my main dental place.

I have been going to Midtown Dental since 1988. Their dental care is outstanding and Drs Crego and Russell are the best. I had a great cleaning today with Marisa. I know someone who moved 40 miles away from Wauwatosa and still drives in for their dental appointments. Highly recommend!

This place is terrible! Appointment was for 8:00am, but they didn't open their doors until 8:15. Seven patients waiting outside in the rain waiting for the office to open. The staff is not helpful. They cancelled my appointment and then charged me for a cancelled appointment. Unbelievable.

Wonderful (if going to the dentist can be that.) Everyone is friendly and cooperative, and sharp as tacks. Really enjoy such competence. Office is well appointed with latest equipment and interesting decor to look at while in the chair. I'm going back! A year later, another terrific cleaning experience. A deft touch, good explanations, consideration for my comfort. Excellent!!

I called to schedule an appointment here. My insurance starts on the first of the following month. Since they could not verify my insurance they told me to call back when my insurance has started. I spoke with Delta dental and Delta dental told me they could call them and verify it. The front desk people didn't want to do that that. I also told them I would like to make an appointment because I need a filling and they said that I would have a waiting period. I tried to explain to the person that I do not have a waiting period. She tried to argue with me that I do have one. And no I don't I purchased the plan without a waiting period but she couldn't believe that someone wouldn't have a waiting period. If she's going to work a front desk she should really understand the options that people have when purchasing insurance before arguing with them about what the patient knows the patient has. In the end, because of this interaction, I have decided to find another place to do my dental work.

I broke a tooth. By the end of that day a new crown was in place. Skilled professional staff. Discounts for those without dental insurance.

Excellent service. Had an old cap come loose and they were able to squise me in and fixed. Dr Crego is excellent dentist and does quality work.
