Dr. JoAnn German Wahle grew up on a farm near Humphrey, Nebraska. She holds a BA degree in Psychology from Creighton University and graduated summa cum laude from Creighton University School of Dentistry. She completed a hospital based General Practice Residency program at Indiana University and soon after she and her husband, Steve Wahle, moved to Iowa where Dr. German owned North Liberty Dental for nearly 14 years. Dr. German co-founded the dental clinic at the Community Health Free Clinic in Cedar Rapids where she volunteered weekly for ten years, providing dental care to patients with unmet dental needs. In 2013 Dr. German founded Midtown Dental Boutique in Cedar Rapids where she enjoys treating patients of all ages and using her artistic skills to create beautiful smiles and sound dentitions. In her free time Dr. German loves to cook, hike and read. More than anything, she loves spending time with her husband, their three adult children and their spouses and her grandchildren.
